Blade Barber Shop

See Joe every 6 weeks since I moved to Beverly… Wouldn’t think of going anywhere else… Great to have a barber that still knows how to cut hair…

Joe fixed up my hair after a terrible cut down the street at Montserrat. Very friendly and easy going guy who made time fly by. I will definitely be going back to Blade in the future because Joe is one of the few who still knows how to cut hair!

One of those stars is because I was in a state of pleasant shock when I went there, as my teenage son had just requested to be conveyed to this location.
The teenage son with hair down to the middle of his back, who two weeks before had asserted, basically, that he WAS his hair, and if trimmed, it seemed as though he might end up like that big red furry monster with the sneakers from bugs bunny. You know; it would be an experience that would result in shame and humiliation, with dynamite, drama, and bodily damage.
But.. here we were!
The place is clean and neat, Joe takes walk ins, in fact, I think that’s in general how it works, and within a few minutes, the Boy was looking clean cut and happy. And had an 15″ long ponytail of wavy blond hair to donate to Locks of Love.
While we were there, several grown up boys with very nice looking, though clearly just slightly too long (?), hair came in and took their places in queue, and were attended to post haste.
I’m going to be taking both the DSs there from now on.
