Sara is an attentive teacher that lets you work at the level you’re comfortable with while at the same time challenging you to work at your optimal pace. Her classes are intimate enough to allow this kind of individual attention. She takes time to design her classes to blend barre work with yoga, pilates and weights and every class is different unlike many of the barre workouts out there. I first tried the class on an amazon local deal and have since purchased more.

Having Sara as my yoga teacher is a true pleasure. She is knowledgeable, patient and you could tell she loves what she does. I have been getting massage treatments from Sara for several years and have recommended her to my friends. I have received therapeutic massages in order to aid in my recovery from triathlon training and the treatments have always been great. She is very knowledgeable and always makes helpful suggestions and is able to adjust the treatment to my needs at the time. she is a fantastic person on top of it.

I have been doing private sessions with Sara for the past two months. Since we started I can: –Touch my toes — without bending my knees — woohoo! –Motivate myself to continue important stretching the rest of the week when I don’t see her. –Use a multitude of techniques from yoga, meditation and other disciplines to quiet the mind and workout the body. Sara is a great, thoughtful teacher and I look forward to our weekly session! She is skilled at customizing a session to meet your personal health and fitness needs. So far, awesome!
