I had the day off one tuesday, and was inspired to work on fixing my lower back issues by strengthening the core and working on flexibility, starting that afternoon!
Happy i found Easypose to make that happen. The booking and scheduling was easy and the customer service was very helpful. I now do 2 lessons a week depending on my schedule. I love their yoga instructors (you can chose to stick with same one). All very knowledgable and focused greatly on fixing my limitations and helping me improve. Plus the price was far less than the physical therapy sessions i was paying out of pocket for.
