What a great birthday! My friend-​for-​life Lindsey and I had an all-​day Spa Day starting in the tranquility lounge — beautiful lighting, soothing music, the most comfy beds with luxury blankets plus a variety of high-​end teas, snacks, and lemon/​cucumber infused waters. Lindsey and I spent about an hour chatting and relaxing. A delightful Zen vibe.
Then, off to our aroma-​touch 60-​minute massages. OMG is an understatement. My massage therapist Leah Applebaum was AMAZING! I literally felt like a brand-​new woman. Lindsey’s therapist was Darius Jankauskas and he was just as AMAZING. Lindsey and I met back up in the tranquility lounge for more relaxation time, enjoying the serenity.
Next, it was facial time. Lindsey’s esthetician was Sanam Laman and she did the Rejuvenating Oxygen facial. Lindsey is already drop-​dead gorgeous and she came out GLOWING :-) My esthetician was Melissa Lekus and she was brilliant! I had the Hyrdrafacial and my face looks and feels so fresh and radiant.
Lindsey and I met back up in the tranquility lounge and relaxed some more. The spa has luxurious showers, a steam room and meticulous changing/​locker room. And I have to mention the fluffy robes — so comfy!
The staff was so friendly and kind. Kilee at the front desk was a gem from beginning to end. When I called to book the appointments, she worked her magic to get our treatments and treatment times exactly as I wanted. And Remus who checked us out has such a great spirit. He gave both of us gift bags with Natura Bisse products from the Diamond Collection and we received hand-​written thank you cards from our spa therapists.

And for some fun facts — it’s the hotel where Pretty Woman was filmed and once home to Elvis Presley. The spa is rated the Best Spa in Los Angeles.

The spa is really nice. I had a really nice massage. There is a nice relaxation room with tea and chocolate. You have access to the pool with a spa treatment, which was also really nice. It is expensive, but standard for this kind of hotel. Will definitely splurge on this again!
FYI — The valet parking is free.

Had the most amazing spa experience EVER and I have been to nearly every spa in the Beverly Hills area. From the moment you walk into the Beverly Wilshire, the entire staff treats you like royalty! The concierges takes the time to personally walk you up there in stead of merely telling you where to go!
The tranquility room and dressing areas are peaceful, cleaned frequently and have lots of yummy snacks, teas and infused waters. The staff new it was my birthday so took the extra step to have chocolate covered strawberries as well as champagne waiting for me!
I had an amazing deep tissue massage! Jonnie really took the time to iron out all of my knots in my back. The Bali Flower facial is probably one of the best facials i have ever had in my entire life! It was extremely relaxing while also thorough in cleaning my skin!

I will be back for sure and would highly recommend this spa to anyone! I would also suggest going during the week in the afternoon as well since you will pretty much have the entire place to yourself then!

The deep tissue massage I received at this spa is probably the best massage I have ever had. I wish I remembered the therapist’s name, but she was beyond amazing and my neck and shoulders felt sooooo much better for days afterwards. The whole experience is top notch, they really take care of you and let you hang out at the facilities all day if you want. We also used the pool and had lunch and spent a lot of time in the «tranquility room» just relaxing away in our robes. Yes, it is expensive, but worth it– sometimes you need to splurge and treat yourself ladies! Highly recommend this spot if you want a day of relaxation!

Best spa I’ve been to in Los Angeles. Great service and great experience. Might be pricey, but it’s worth every penny. Would recommend it to anybody.

Every time I go to the spa for an hour massage or manicure or a pedicure i am treated like a celebrity goddess queen! Leah is one of the best massage therapist I have ever experienced in my life. She is gentle and kind and soothing and works every body part until you cannot feel any sort of pain whatsoever! The spa allows patrons to visit the pool where you can get poolside service and the tranquility room is among one of my highlights. Sit back in the quiet dark room with chocolate water tea fruit anything you can imagine! Anytime I need a vacation or blocks of hours to relax this is my haven!

Had a relaxing day at the spa. From the minute I walked in, I was immediately impressed with the staff. Three attendants greeted us, one brought water infused with a hint of mint while we filled out the information sheet. The other talked about the amenities and access to the gym and pool areas and the third person gave us a tour of the spa.
We started the morning with a cup of coffee poolside. A gentlemen who served us comp’d our coffee because he said it took a while to brew. Super nice guy. Afterwards, we worked out at the gym which was just remodeled. The gym is small with treadmills on first floor and a small area upstairs with machines and a yoga area. We followed our workout with a really nice lunch by the pool. The fish tacos were a 10 — probably the best ever! Every staff member was truly exceptional — friendly, nice and down-​to-​earth.
The spa area was nice. The steam room had a nice ambiance with tiny lights that looked like the night’s sky with stars. The jacuzzi was located outside by the pool. There’s a relaxing lounge area inside the spa while you wait for your treatment with a nice assortment of Rishi teas, trail mix, chocolate and fruit. The nicest spread!
Unfortunately, our massages were much to be desired. I was hoping that even though mine wasn’t great, my husband’s was better. We both felt that our massage therapists weren’t a good match. I like very strong pressure, so it wasn’t the pressure but my therapist would apply too much pressure over the bone, not the muscle and it was most uncomfortable. He was a bit awkward with his movements and as he was moving his arm his elbow lightly knocked me in the jaw.
I really like that we had access to the pool and gym. The Valet was also complimentary. My rating of four start reflects the exceptional staff. The massages I would rate much lower. Not sure I would return for another treatment.

Pricey, but wonderful! I highly recommend a day of relaxation here. Also wonderful for bridal shower or bachelorette pre-​gaming!

This spa really does deserve 5 stars especially for the impeccable customer service. From the first moment I stepped in I felt like everyone was pleased to assist me in any way they can and it was clear that they cared about the customer’s experience at the spa.
I booked an hour-​long facial and had access to the spa facilities (steam sauna, shower) as well as the pool and fitness center. Everything was of top-​notch quality which made my day at the spa very relaxing. They even held my luggage for me as I went (window) shopping on Rodeo Drive (and that’s not something all spas would do)! The pool area is very well kept with many lounge chairs and umbrellas if needed. There are also poolside staff that are there to assist you with anything you need. The spa facilities and lounge room are also of top quality. In many areas there are bottled water and towels for spa guests to use.
Many might be thrown off by the price of the services but I assure you that you are getting supreme value for your dollar. If you are in need of a relaxing getaway at a spa, look no further. I am definitely returning here whenever I’m in L.A. again.
I wanted to give some shout outs to the staff at the spa/​pool area who made a good impression on my during my spa day. Dora, Assistant Spa Director, was an absolute delight to interact with all day and she is just a very genuine person. Elsi did a great job giving me a tour of the spa facilities and made sure I knew my way around. Brett was great with the spa room maintenance and always asked if there was anything I needed which was much appreciated. Danny in the pool area was also great! Thank you!

Tried this spa because of other reviews and wasn’t disappointed. The ambiance, products and personnel are impeccable. I love that they are holistic and even have acupuncture available.
I wasn’t sure which treatment to get, so I booked a Deep Pore Facial (90 min) and met with Donna. If you are in the same situation, I found out they offer free consultations. After analyzing my skin, we decided that wasn’t best for me and switched to a basic facial with LED add-​on. I really appreciate her telling me what would be best for my skin and not doing anything that would harm it. Donna is very knowledgeable and easy to talk to. I want to go back for more of her expertise. Also, I very much enjoyed the results of the LED, a natural, non-​invasive treatment. My skin is calmer and clearer thanks to this spa, will be back!

I would have given 5 stars except for a few small things. My friend got a promotion on Gilt that was an awesome deal. Hour massage + body scrub for $ 130. Woah !

— As I was walked to my room, there were candles & flowers all down the hallway. Smelled divine and just really peaceful without being corny.
— Treatment room had shower in room to rinse off after body scrub
— Therapist was very nice and did a good job. For my personal taste, it was not the best massage I have had but my friend said her’s was amazing.
Cons:
— They forgot to give me my welcome glass of Champagne that was part of my package
— Music in treatment room was strange for a spa, not relaxing
— Locker room area is tiny and I could not find a trash can to save my life. Didn’t know what to do with my cup or empty water bottle
Otherwise, for a city hotel spa, it is VERY nice and I would highly recommend

I fancy myself a bit of a spa connoisseur these days and the Spa at Beverly Wilshire was good not great. The steam room with sparkly lights on the ceiling was relaxing and comfortable, but overall the facilities were pretty limited. The locker room was somewhat small and aside from the steam room there weren’t any other notable features. The staff was very friendly and my massage was decent, though my masseuse was a little late coming to get me. Not sure I’d go out of my way to return, but if I was ever staying here I’d certainly go again.

I’m using Unilocal since I just moved here to find the gems this city has to offer. and Oh Boy! The Spa at Beverly Wilshire perfect! I actually paid less than my usual spa at home where I’m from and everything was perfect the ambiance the chocolate the relaxing room. Yes it’s a little small but that’s not important to me the service the quality of products is.

Great, Friendly staff. Everything is very clean and perfect. This is the place to come and relax people!!! My boyfriend surprised me by taking me on a scavenger hunt which led me here! and OMGGGGG! Gorgeous! Breath taking place!

I have been to some serious spas all around the world and the steam room here is absolutely the best. Not only is it huge but it also has some very cool lighting. The spa offers champagne and cocktails (for purchase) and each treatment room is very spacious.
Although this spa was redone nearly 7 years ago, it still feels very new. So you can imagine my surprise when I was told by the front desk the other day that they are planning on renovating again. Well I can’t wait to see what they do this time!

Absolutely incredible experience. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. I came here for a micro bamboo full-​body exfoliation and massage treatment — it was fantastic. The masseuse was great and the ambiance was perfect.
Afterwards I just chilled in the inner lounge area (separate room with relaxing music, individual chaise loungers with blankets that you could just sit back and relax on, as well as fresh fruit and juice and chocolate you could enjoy in there as well). I spent a couple hours just basking in tranquility. Is it a splurge? Absolutely. But if you’re looking to treat yourself — this is the place for you.
Note: if you come in for a treatment, you have access to the spa all day, including the outdoor pool!

Located on the 2^nd floor of the Beverly Wing of Beverly Wilshire is an intimate, dimly lit spa separated by men and woman areas.
Enter through the woman’s locker room, to the left is a enclosed quiet room, also the waiting area prior to spa treatment. It took a few seconds for my eyes to adjust, its that dark, but the flickering light from the votives helped me make way to a comfortable chaise. The quiet lounge is equipped with hot tea and mini paper cones filled with varietal dried fruits and nuts. This is a great spot to zen!
The locker room includes tranquil amenities. The wet area houses a unique steam room resembling stars twinkling in the night sky and ice shower with your choice of cold mist, Caribbean rain, or Atlantic storm features. Rinse off in the Swiss shower with L’Occatain, Verbena. Robe, Slippers, dental kit, and mouth wash is in the locker, all that is needed is you.
The Argan Massage suited me best because it encompassed everything I wanted out of my treatment: zen for mind & body and soft, hydrated skin. The massage was listed on the Kahina organic menu, feels much like a Swedish massage because of the long fluid effleurage strokes. Argan oil is rich in vitamin E, leaving my skin suave, silky and radiant after a 60-​minute rub down.
For more leisure, just outside the spa sits the main pool deck with a gorgeous Mediterranean Pool, jacuzzi, cabanas and Pool Bar & Café, open 11:00am-4:00pm. Pool attendants are helpful & nearby, offering Evian Spritz and pool side food service.
The Beverly Wilshire Spa is a great place to visit, the ambiance is luxurious, relaxing, elegant & beautiful tangled all into one!
