I was looking to lease a car for a couple of months. Looked pretty much every where within the 100 mile radius of LA. Yet I found the best deal at Simonson. I leased my new BMW from Simonson and would recommend him to everyone I know. Very happy with the car and he is so pleasant to work with! I would lease all my future cars from him for sure…

Known Simon for years. When it comes to buying a car, you need to talk to him. Very knowledgeable and makes buying or leasing a car so easy. Once you decide on what you want and what the prices are, Simon will find the best deal, arrange to have the vehicle delivered to you. No high pressure sales people to deal with. He makes it so easy you won’t believe it. I have recommended him to my friends and everyone thinks he is the «greatest».

I inquired about a vehicle I was interested in on-​line last Sunday. I immediately got a phone call from a guy name Raffi. We talked and I told him I was interested in the car and wanted to put a deposit on it. I was told to call Monday morning and we could get the deposit done so nobody would buy it.
Called then next morning (Monday) and no response-​emailed him at the same time and no response-​texted, and no response. Called again at noon and no response, e-​mailed and no response. Later Monday another e-​mail…
Called Tuesday and some guy name Simon answered and in a very RUDE manner just said «car has sold»…(long pause). Then told me they had many inquiries on this car… then he said «sorry» (another long pause).
Nobody called me back and conveniently nobody responded to any of my attempts to contact them. Every person involved was very rude and very unprofessional. Good luck buying a car from these people.

Simon and his customer service are incredible!!! He went out of his way to get me the best deal on my new BMW as well as fixed up my old one before turning it in for me as my lease was up!

Even after being quoted a price, which I had agreed to, they continued working on lowering the price — and, as time came for the car to be available, Simon advised that the price was going to be even less — with no money down. I’ve needed a new car for family and my commute to work for quite some time, but with a newborn at home, a 19 month old and a husband that works 12 hours a day it seemed impossible to get to a dealership or even search out a deal. On Monday I had finally had enough of our old car when it wouldn’t start, again. I called Simon that day and we talked about leasing or buying a Honda Odyssey. He helped walk me though the different models and features and asked me what I was looking for. He recommended the EX or EXL and got me pricing for both, and talked about pricing for a lease verses purchase. He then called my husband and explained everything to him so I wouldn’t be stuck in between going back and forth. I applied for financing on his website and it was s breeze. On Wednesday I was leaving his office in a 2016 EX with all the features I wanted plus some which were extras we didn’t even talk about. He also moved my car seats from my old car to my new car. I left my old car with him and he’s going to drive it back to my house in the Valley today. I had a wonderful experience and recommend saving yourself the headache of searching and negotiating and just going straight to Simon for your new car.

This guy. I don’t know what to say about Simon. I leased my first car with him 3 years ago. Up to that day, I hated the experience of getting a car. Simon changed all that. And, here it is 3 years later, my lease is up and a week before the «turn in» date, he calls, reminds me of my termination date and asked which color and car I wanted… like ordering ice cream @ Baskin Robbins! I said I’ll take the grey and no sooner than a day later, all necessary items were checked and he actually DROVE the car to my home. IN MY LIFE, noone has EVER done that. EVER. He is certainly a man of integrity. A man of determination, and I highly recommend Simon for ALL your car buying & leasing experiences from now and into the future.

I could not get approved for a car anywhere and gave up. Was referred to Simon Stone by a friend and within 12 hours not only was I approved I got a beautiful fully loaded Toyota Sienna for a better price then was being offered for people with great credit. I saw a pre-​owned vehicle for sale on the Simonsons
web site, so I used the site’s Contact Us to message my interest to check out the vehicle, and included my email and phone as well.
I didn’t get a response, so I called in the following day, and a guy very rudely told me that the car was already sold just a few minutes ago at an auction, and it was my fault for not providing a phone number when I messaged them (which I did).
I can understand if there were some technical difficulties with them not getting my contact info via the web site, but the rude attitude is uncalled for.
Not sure what the other «excellent» reviews here are about, I would avoid this place based on the initial crappy attitude and service.

I had to turn in my VW Passat lease a yr early because my miles were up. I called a friend who said she had a great leasing agent. She recommended Simonsons. I called and Simon got right to work. He recommended GMC because he could get super deals from them. Got a great deal on a loaded GMC Acadia Denali for less per month than what I was quoted elsewhere for a lesser Ford vehicle.
Simon also took care of my Passat’s bruises and early turn-​in fees. Paperwork was a breeze.

I’ve been looking to purchase a car and I found a beautiful 2011 Honda Accord listed online by Simonson Leasing. I drove out to LA, not sure what to expect, but when we I saw the car I imediately fell in love.
While we were finalizing the paperwork and getting my auto loan finalized, he got better offers. As you know, most people would have taken the better offers, but he didn’t.

I had a very good experience with Simonsons Leasing and recommend it without reservation. I interacted with Simon Stone throughout the process and found him informative, honest, consistent, and helpful. I was a completely non-​ideal candidate to lease a car at the time but that did not scare him away from getting me into an affordable lease on a brand new car with very competitive terms that I can manage.
The dirty truth about my circumstances when I found my way to Simonsons was that I was still several thousands of dollars in debt to a car title loan company with compounding interest that I could not surmount. At the same time, my old car was literally falling apart more and more every day such that I was soon to find myself owing big money on a car that was not worth the loan and which I would not have been able to fix.
Aware of my financial limitations and the horrible effect of having an unresolved car title loan on my credit report, I did not think I would have many (or even ANY) options to lease a new car. So I was trolling through the Swap-​a-​Lease site looking for someone needy for any taker. In so doing, I came across Simonsons advertisement for new Hondas being leased on terms superior to the dealers I had reviewed. Without expectation, I called the number on a lark and entered into a conversation with Simon, the proprietor. He was kind and informative from the beginning and, to his credit, remained so after I had fully disclosed the baggage my credit application would come with. He encouraged me to do the work of completing the application and then allow him to see what he could do with my situation.
In that process he came to ask me how I was planning to dispose of the vehicle on the car loan. I told him that I was simply going to turn the vehicle into the lender and pay the remainder as best I could afterwards. He educated me on the disastrous effect this would have on my long term credit as «turning the car in» would actually be recorded as a «vehicle repossession,» which would pose a 10 year stain on my credit report. Moreover, he shared his experience that such companies as the one I was dealing with could not be trusted to sell the car for its maximum worth and would likely diminish the real dollars they would credit me through a variety of fees. He undertook to sell the car for me at a guaranteed blue book value despite its terrible condition with no fee whatsoever and put me in a position to fully pay off the loan I NEVER thought I could get paid off with a reasonable SINGLE final payment. It was genuinely impressive and made transitioning from a financially ruinous lemon of a vehicle into a 2015 Honda Accord more safe, easy, swift, and comprehensible than I would ever have thought possible. I remain surprised how well this went.
He also got me into the precise color Honda I wanted with a small down payment and low monthly payment. I look forward to completing this lease and returning for an Audi or one of the other high-​end makes he deals in when I’m ready.
