Mistey is the absolute best! I’ve been going to her for years now. She was so great with me throughout both of my pregnancies. She’s so fast and professional but also incredibly sweet and a really great person. We always have so much to talk about that I don’t even feel the pain anymore. Scheduling is always a cinch! And I’ve never had any problems with my skin after waxing despite my sensitive skin. I can recommend Mistey enough!

So in love with this place! I’m 9 months pregnant and Mistey was bad ass! She made me feel so über comfortable… like I’ve known her for years! Definitely my new waxing spot. And ps. I was crazy enough to get a Brazilian wax and it was not even painful. She has magical hands!

I am not sure if this is allowed, but my review is based on witnessing Mistey work her magic on my BFF. My BFF was visiting from Sac and wanted to get her first Brazilian wax while in LA. So I searched for places in my neighborhood using Unilocal.Tons of places popped up. I narrowed it down to 3 that had the best reviews and affordable price, but something about the reviews for Mistey gave me a good vibe. I let my BFF decide and luckily she also chose Sashay Wax. I called to make an appointment and was able to come in that same afternoon. We bonded right away with Mistey. She was very warm and personable. She also used hard wax for my BFF so it wouldn’t hurt as much. She was quick and made my girl feel so comfortable through the process. Afterwards, she took her time to explain how to treat and exfoliate the lady region. She even gave a new client discount! I’m not quite ready to get back into waxing since I just had a baby, but in a couple months I’m calling Mistey. So happy we found her!

Mistey is sweet, professional and friendly. Her waxing barely even feels like you’re getting waxed. I won’t be going anywhere else next time! That’s for sure. :)

Mistey is amazing! I break out easily with some waxes but her products are top of the line. I have been going to her for more then a year and I will never go any place else. She really is the best LA (and Beverly Hills) has!

Mistey is AMAZING! Her service, no words to describe. I did Brazilian wax, arms, legs pretty much everything, painless she does her job to perfection, she cares about her clients and explains to you in detail what you have to do afterwards in order to maintain your skin flawless, and looking amazing. I tried other place before and no way no comparison to how she made feel and the attention she gave to me, such a great job! Personable, calming, and talent with wax! The fact that she cares for the skin, and treats that sensitive spot with knowledge. It’s in a space where treatments for hair skin and body are treated with the same respect.

Mistey is always consistently professional. The first time I went she was super professional and very easy to talk to. I’m so glad that she’s the type to distract you with a great convo while effectively waxing the painful parts. She’s not just great with a painless wax but she also has an extensive knowledge in skincare. This is essential in waxing. She does a quick and careful job. I won’t go to anyone else simply because she’s the best. She’s worth every penny and more for the excellent skin I strive for. She also ensures that you understand what to do during that after care process which can seem like a mystery when you first get this done. If you want to go to an expert on waxing and skin care Mistey is it!

I have been seeing Mistey for years now and I would never change… she has such great technique and is so gentle… This is now my second pregnancy and she always strives to make me very comfortable during my session… she’s also very good with accommodating whatever time frame I’m looking for… This is and will always be the best place in the los Angeles area!!!

Excellent!!! I just got my Brazilian and it was good!!! Minimum pain and fast!!! I was prepared for the worst pain ever, because when I did my Brazilian for a first time, it was the worst experience ever!!! So I decided to give it a second chance and went to Mistey. I could not believe that it’s possible to get it with minimum pain but It actually happened!!! She is truly amazing!!! I am so glad that I can get Brazilian waxing and don’t worry about pain!!! 10 stars!!!

As a plus size female getting a Brazilian can be very embarrassing. Misty made me feel very comfortable. She knows exactly what she is doing and I had no problem at all with her. Good music and great conversation. Gonna miss her :-(if you’re in the L.A. area and need a new wax person you should definitely give her a chance.

I am not a big fan of waxing. because it hurts so much.
I was a bit nervous today, but she made me feel comfortable throughout the whole waxing treatment.

Absolutely awesome! I went in yesterday for my first wax in quite a while. I had completely freaked myself out about it because of a bad waxing experience I had years ago, but a good friend swore by Mistey, so I took her word for it. I went in a bit on edge and nervous, but Mistey totally made me feel comfortable and at ease (well, as at ease as possible for my high-​strung self!)…and offered me a drink, which is always a perk ;) Her personality is smart, funny and warm. Who really wants to get a wax by someone who is awkward? Not me! I would definitely recommend Sashay Wax to anyone who wants a comfortable, affordable, professional wax! I’m already a loyal client after one visit. 5 stars baby!

I am sooooo sensitive to pain and literally have nightmares about having to get a wax but to be honest Mistey made it as painless as I have ever had. She was very caring, patient and the results are amazing! She uses different waxes on different areas as she sees fit and her attention to detail was amazing. I HIGHLY recommend her to anyone. I will be a loyal client from now on.

Absolutely loved Misty. She was so awesome, made me feel comfortable immediately and she got rid of that hair in a manner of minutes! The time literally flew by and we connected on so many levels. She also will text you and call you and help you out in case you get lost, like I did lol. She even gave me a shot of tequila since Id had such a rough day.

I went to Misty yesterday for the first time and it was the best waxing experience I have EVER had, in years of waxing! She was so professional and really helped me with her information on keeping smooth skin texture and and ingrown hairs. I have never been to anyone who had so much information, and took the time to educate their clients.
I made an appointment the day before as I was flying in from out of town and it was very easy to schedule. I wish I didn’t live so far away… I would only ever go here!
