I had a wonderful experience at Royal Motors! Kami was wonderful and extremely helpful. I am very picky with where I take my car and rarely bypass the dealership, but Kami took great care of me and my car and make sure to address all of my concerns. I am definitely returning!

I’ve been going here for seven years, both for body work and maintenance. Their work is flawless, and I am not an easy customer. Royal Motors is the only place where I feel comfortable telling friends and colleagues, and even my boss, to take their cars. Kami and his team are fantastic – honest and thorough, with a sense of humor. They do a good job, and they don’t rest until their work meets their high standards. I trust him completely, and he’s always helped me at the drop of a hat. I think he deserves the best customers out there… plus you can take a peek at some pretty fancy cars while you’re there…

Royal Motors is so terrific that I felt compelled to write my very first review on Unilocal.I have been coming here for around three years and have always been very satisfied with the prices, service, and work. Even though this shop is in Beverly Hills, the prices are very reasonable, and Kami and his crew are friendly, professional, fair, and trustworthy. You know how sometimes you have to come back because the car wasn’t fixed right the first time? Not here! I have never had a bad experience bringing my car in for service and am so relieved I found a mechanic whom I trust!

The best. Been going to Royal for 2 years now. So clean and organized you could eat off the floor. Kami is honest and patient. I always leave there happy.

Went back to royal motors recently. I’ve been coming here for 10 years now, from little stuff to any major body work, including brabus installations, see kami and mosen, they’re the funniest and friendliest guys ever for an auto shop. They do make you comfortable, which is definitely a plus in my book and does great work on my cars. Last work done, was appearance work on my new AMG GTS, which came out awesome :). Attached some pictures of the cars done. Thank you guys, always my first choice and haven’t seen any auto shop since.

Love these guys! I have been taking my cars here for about 10 years and have yet to be disappointed. Kami takes great care of all of his customers and has personally come to pick up my car before to bring it into the shop. Talk about the best possible customer service. I have used them for body work, painting, services, and just about everything possible car related. Great guys, great prices, will be back soon

Honest! Honest! Honest!!! I’ve had them service my car, do body work on my car, and give me various estimates. They always come through with the best price in town. Don’t think because they’re located in Beverly Hills they charge more. Highly recommend!!!

Finally a place where I can service or have repairs done to my car and trust that they will honest and thorough. I won’t go any where else!

I just had 4 new wheels and tires from Tire Rack fitted on my Mercedes C350.
Kami and his team at Royal Motors have been a real pleasure to deal with, they got the job done quickly a professionals. I can’t recommend these guys enough.

I first visited this shop after buying tires for my 2014 911 from Tire Rack. The install went well and I spoke with Kami about an incoming GT3 that I would need to find a tire shop for. He assured me that they deal with high end cars all of the time and that center lock wheels would be no problem.
A few months later I was back with my GT3, needing new tires installed. Kami was there and his guys started on the work. After mounting and balancing the tires I noticed an extreme amount of weights on one wheel. When asked, I was told that the wheel was bent. Pretty big disappointment as they are expensive wheels, but I have insurance on them.
I also noticed a pretty big scratch in the wheel from where it was gouged with a screwdriver to remove the old weights. Crazy for a shop that works on expensive wheels to use a screwdriver to remove weights, normally you use a piece of plastic to avoid this kind of thing. Kami had one of his guys touch the wheel up, luckily I have black gloss painted wheels. It would not be so easy with the standard metallic flaked paints.
The guys had no idea how to install a center lock wheel.
They had no business even touching it.
First, they wanted to torque it to 70 ft-​lbs, it requires 440 ft-​lbs! Kami brought it to my attention, he thought 70 wasn’t enough. I told them what it needed to be torqued down to and opened up the manual to show them the instructions on how to properly install the wheel. There is a procedure where you tighten the lock, release it 90 degrees, and retighten.
They didn’t have the proper torque wrench to torque to 440 ft-​lbs. I have no idea what poor people are running around LA in loose center lock wheels but that is a disaster waiting to happen.
I offered to pick up my torque wrench from home so that we could install my wheels right. One of their mechanics gave me a lift and we picked it up.
Once we had my tool they were able to install the wheels correctly.
I still paid full price of $ 152, which includes extra $ 20 on top of the normal price because of the center locks. I didn’t get a discount for providing my own tools.
Back to the bent wheel, I took my car to Wheel Enhancement to have the rim checked out so that I could get the warranty started. The car was shaking extremely bad at speeds over 50mph, with about 1″ of deflection in the steering wheel while just going straight! This wasn’t a problem before they changed my tires.

mounted the wheel on the balancer and it was extremely out of balance. He removed all of the weights that they had added on and it IMPROVED the balance. Meaning their balancing of the wheel actually only made it WORSE!
After he reinstalled the wheel — which took him all of one minute to do this, and by himself — see my photo of my car covered in Royal Motors techs in the photo gallery, I had him check the other front wheel. It was also equally screwed up.
Thought while I am here, I should have him check the rear tires too. Also all supremely imbalanced.
Out 140 bucks for Wheel Enhancement to fix the balancing.
OK fine. People make mistakes. Maybe Royal Motors balancing machine is on the fritz. Maybe the guy who did the balancing didn’t drink his V8 that day.
I called up Kami and let him know the situation and he promised to make it right and refund me what I paid for the rebalance.
Stopped by the office and I was refunded only $ 40.

Kami and the group at royal motors are absolutely the best. Their location is so convenient and he always greets you with a smile. I’ve been taken advantage of everywhere but here. And they can service anything from a Mini Cooper to a Ferrari. The cars they service are super impressive and everyone has the same thing to say. That they’re amazing.

If you need something done with your car, expensive or not, have a few questions, or want to rent and view some nice exotic cars, come here to royal motors and ask for KAMI HEBRONI!!!

Will be doing more business

This is the cleanest, most professional car mechanic shop I’ve been to… and until I found them I tried many. They have serviced my 2000 Ford Explorer, my AMG 55 and my Range Rover. I find the manager, Kami, to be honest, fair and responsive. He always seems to go out of his way to help, whether it means a ride to work, dealing with an insurance adjuster, or test-​driving my car until he hears the rattle I do. I trust this place implicitly and highly recommend them.

purchased a set of tires from TIRE RACK for my mini cooper S and had them shipped to royal motors. they did a great job mounting and balancing the tires in a timely manner. I would recommend them to all my friends and people who are looking for tire installation or other services for their cars.

I work nearby, and had an emergency battery issue with my Acura RDX. I was, to put it mildly, freaking out, and I’m sure I came off a little crazed. Nonetheless, all the staf was very friendly, and Kami was able to fix the issue in no time at all, and I wasn’t even charged. I would have happily paid, but he insisted. This was the best automotive experience I’ve had in LA, and I will happily return to Royal Motors for any future issues, and highly recommend them to others.

The guys over at RM are the best in town. You don’t have to worry about a thing when you get your car back from them. Unfortunately, I’ve had two bad accidents and had my car serviced here both times. Kami is extremely helpful and knowledgeable about his work. I would recommend them to anyone with any type of a car. Especially if you have a high end vehicle. Visit them, you’ll be happy you did when you get your car back !!!

During the weekend, my Mercedes Benz CLK left me stranded in the streets with a check engine light. As paranoid as I am, I thought the Mercedes Benz was toast. After getting referrals from my friends about Royal Motors, I decided to tow my car to the shop Monday morning. Within ten minutes, they figured out the issue.
Kami explained thoroughly that the problem was my car’s sensor. It put me at ease knowing that it wasn’t because of my engine. They finished the job in under thirty minutes.
I would definitely take my car back to Royal Motors for any other job because they provided a comfortable, trust-​worthy experience for a reasonable price.

I originally came here in a rush because one of my tail lights had gone out about an hour before I was leaving for Vegas (NOT a great drive to make w/​o a brake light!). Kami not only fixed my light FOR FREE but he also fixed my old and wobbly license plate holder that my dad jerry-​rigged with tape (long story). A few weeks later, when my car was sideswiped while parked, I decided to bring my car back in (one good deed deserves another). Kami and his team did a great job– taking care of my insurance guys so I didn’t have to, helped me get to and from my rental place and always greeted me with a smile. His prices are very fair (especially for the area!) and customer service is top notch. As long as I’m in LA, I’ll bring my business to Kami!

I have known Royal Motors for years, since it’s been a place my father and brother would go to. Kami is always very patient and honest, I trust him completely. He has a great sense of humor which helps when you’re stressed over your car.
I’ve had a couple accidents, and RM really came through. Excellent work, great location, and reasonable prices.
