We interviewed 4 wedding planners and Ariel stood out as the best choice based on experience and professionalism. He did not disappoint. Ariel knows his stuff and was able to put together 2 amazing days of wedding activities in Santa Barbara without having much experience with the area; this for a wedding planned in 4 months. He dealt well with some last minute changes (Ariel, can we get a Karaōke after party? was met by a «consider it done» response by him), was able to sift through the vendors and save us considerable amounts of money, and swayed us from making some poor decisions on décor/​entertainment/​food and such with clear explanations based on years of experience. Ariel was easy to work with, responsive, available and professional. There is no way we could have thrown a halfway decent wedding without him.

I had always been hesitant to work with party planners until we worked with Ariel in 2013 for our daughter’s Bat Mitzvah. Words can not express our gratitude and satisfaction for his hard work and professionalism. This was the first party I had held and had enjoyed every moment of it because Ariel was there to take care of every detail. We just had our son’s Bar Mitzvah last month in November and it was as perfect and beautiful as our daughter’s party thanks to Ariel. Ariel never stops to amaze you with his professionalism and hard work. I had left a review at that time but for some reason it was removed maybe because I rarely leave a Unilocal review but I hope this one gets posted so it helps other people as a good party planner is really hard to find. His team are as professional and hard working as him and we hope to get to work with Ariel and his team in the near future.

If you are planning on doing an event — Ariel is a MUST! I am not sure how we got so lucky to have been referred to him but we must have done something right. Ariel helped us plan our wedding and it was the most pleasurable experience and YES — I am using the word ‘pleasurable’ in regards to planning a WEDDING!
We met a few event planners prior to Ariel and it was clear from the start that he was the right choice. He has a real event planning background, years of experience in hotel management & a portfolio of events with flawless execution. He is incredibly professional, organized and detail oriented. Once he narrowed down our vision & budget he was very straightforward with us on what was feasible and what the plan was for us to get started. Once we hired him, our job was done for the most part — he is very hands on and involved in each process. We were a small event compared to his other events but he treated our event as if it was his only event & handled each step with great attention. He was also great about not pushing us his own vendors as many other planners do which can be rather frustrating. He truly cares about his clients before his own bottom line. He is planning YOUR event and will guide and recommend you anything if he thinks it would be a better option. During the day of our wedding, he was there with his team working through everything and reviewing the whole wedding timeline. His staff is a group of professionals who also have event planning experience.
My husband and I could not be happier for having the pleasure to work with Ariel & his team. They made this once in a lifetime event incredibly memorable and fun for our guests and us. We were in the right hands with the right team!

As the owner of a food truck, Baby’s Badass Burgers, we work with so many event planners here in LA as more than half of our business is private events. Ariel hired us to do a tray passed event for one of his clients. He was by far one of the best planners I have ever worked with! He was so organized and answered my questions before I even asked. He constantly came out to check on us to see what we needed. He also tasted our food and checked in to get a count of what we had left throughout the event.
