Dr. Pieper is clearly a competent ENT. He has excellent bedside manner. He took the time to address my issue and give me educated answers to all of my questions. He was also thorough in his exam. I will definitely return to see him in the future for any ENT issues.

ISSUE OF PATIENT CONFIDENTIALITY: Dr. Pieper’s office discussed my surgery with a third party, violating confidentiality and causing me extreme embarrassment and personal problems.
ISSUE OF CARE: I have been having great difficulty related to my surgery and have had no success arranging an appointment with Dr. Pieper. I’ve emailed him 3 times over 2 weeks with no answer. The same pattern occurred in 2012 when to my surprise he told me he had found a «simmering infection» in my face back in 2005 – but he never treated me or told me about it till that moment! The infection caused me pain and facial asymmetry, and I had enormous trouble getting him to address the issue. He would not respond to me until my internist insisted I get emergency surgery.
