This place rocks! I always look and feel my best every time I walk out of the office. They are very friendly and don’t push you in sales or make you feel pressured. It’s always a stress free environment and the location Is stunning! I recommend this place to all my friends!

I love Dr. Barrett! He is such a breath of fresh air in a city that is obsessed with looking like plumped up Kardashians– no offense to them– it’s just not my thing and most doctors that I have come across do try to upsell you. I saw a dr prior for the hollows under my eyes. It turned out to be a bad experience that made them worse. I remember reading the reviews on here about Dr. Barrett and everyone only had good things to say so I decided to see him. He did a fantastic job smoothing the hollows out. They look natural, which is exactly what I want. I don’t want to stop time. I just want to feel rejuvenated and fresh, but still look like myself. After my procedure, Rosalyn from his office, called to check how I was doing and if I was happy with the results. I’ve never had that happen before. I absolutely love Dr. Barrett’s natural technique and love his considerate office staff.

Im going to try to keep this as short as I can. I’m 20 years old and just had my first surgery done by Dr. Barrett. I’ve been wanting my breasts larger and fuller and had been saving money to do before my 21^st birthday. I went through a few consultations before Rosalyn, Dr. Barrett’s amazing assistant told me how incredible Dr. Barrett was and that I had to meet him before making my decision. She was absolutely right, I am so happy I had my consult with Dr. Barrett. It made my mind up, I had no other option but to choose him. He stood out from all of the other doctors for many reasons. I won’t say why, just find out for yourself (: Rosalyn is such a sweet heart and I look forward to seeing her every time I go in. They worked with my price range because I am so young and found a price I could afford. They really do want the best for their patients. If you’re looking for a plastic surgeon, I definitely recommend having a consultation with Dr. Barrett! You will not regret it! I wanted natural looking breasts and that’s exactly what I got! And My recovery has not been long at all. My friends are all shocked as to how fast I recovered and how quickly I am getting back to work. Rosalyn and Dr. Barrett are both amazing people and are the best team I could’ve asked for! They even sent me a vase of flowers after surgery! I never imagined I’d find a place like this. I want to have more surgeries just because of the great experience I had. I recommend him to all of my friends and family considering plastic surgery.

I’m not even sure where to begin, but my entire experience with Dr. Barrett has been soooooo amazing!!! I spent months looking for the perfect surgeon & I finally found him! When I did find him I was rejected by the finance company they originally refer their patients to & I was so upset & worried! After the rejection I told Rosalyn who I believe is the manager of the office & told her how I was approved by another company Alphaeon. She reached out to Alphaeon & found a way to accept their credit card & I was able to schedule my surgery! I couldn’t be happier with my results & I’m so happy with Dr. Barrett & Rosalyn! They are so kind & great at what they do, that they made me feel so comfortable about the entire process. Everything was broken down so simply for me from the day of my post-​op appointment all the way until after my surgery! Rosalyn is extremely organized & her & Dr. Barrett look like super models! Lol I will be going back to them for anything I’ll ever need in the future. I got 500cc silicone implants & they look so great and natural on me! I feel like I finally have the body I was supposed to have. After contemplating a tummy tuck surgery for years, I finally found a plastic surgeon office that I felt extremely comfortable with to perform my tummy tuck. The staff in this office is phenomenal and very professional. Rosalyn is an excellent patient coordinator, very thoughtful, encouraging, and truly amazing in her own right. Dr Daniel Barrett changed my life! He is amazing, highly skilled, very nice, not to mention easy on the eyes
From the start I felt like I was in great hands with Dr Barrett. I had my surgery done Nov 17^th; I was back to work Nov 30^th. I would never imagine after having this type of surgery I could get back into routine so quickly. I am swollen and healing but extremely excited and happy with the results. I highly recommend Dr Barrett for any cosmetic plastic surgery procedure he is definitely top notch.

I don’t often write reviews, but I am so happy with Dr. Barrett and his staff, I had to express my opinion on this site!
Exactly one year ago, I went to a «Rejuvenation Center» in Westwood after purchasing a Groupon for Botox. During the initial meeting it was suggested that to look younger and more rested, I should consider a filler in my eye troughs. The place was nice and clean and the technician really seemed to know what she was talking about. I paid $ 1020. for the additional filler (so much for the $ 199. Groupon!). The immediate results looked great. The next morning, my vision was totally blocked by swollen eyes. I called the center and the receptionist said this was to be expected and to use ice. Three days later there was still no change. I stopped y the office and they said «give it a few more days» The following week when there was no improvement, they referred me to their owner /​physician who is actually a nephrologist in Santa Monica. She seemed concerned and prescribed antibiotics and steroids. Two weeks later she offered me some Botox in the area to help with the swelling.
I lived with the swelling for over six months and finally decided to visit a plastic surgeon. After reading the reviews for Dr. Barrett, I chose him for a consultation. Right away, I met Rosalyn at the front desk. She made me feel comfortable and right at home. Although this is a Beverly Hills office, there is no pretense or snootiness. Then I met Dr. Barrett. He listened to my story and concerns about filler. He recommended that we simply start with some chemical peels and a dose of Botox. I was more than happy with the results.
This past week I decided to” re-​visit” my eye troughs and sagging cheeks (I am in my 60“s). Dr. Barrett suggested a protocol and I gave him the go ahead. He mentioned that I might have some swelling or bruising. and to use ice and Arnica. That was yesterday afternoon. I woke up this morning and WOW– no swelling, no bruising– just 10 years off my face.
Dr. Barrett is an expert plastic surgeon who really is a master of his trade. I would urge anyone considering fillers to seek him out.

I am 7 weeks post op and i am soooooooo happy that i chose Dr. Barrett to do my Full Tummy Tuck and Lipo! He did a great job! From the moment I first stepped into his office, I felt like this was the right choice. Rosalyn (The Patient Coordinator) is AMMMMAAAZZZZIINNNGGGGG! Like to the next level!!! I cant even begin to express how awesome she is! She really made me feel comfortable and would answer my millions of questions without hesitation!
Trying to find the right surgeon in LA is like trying to find a needle in a haystack! Seems impossible since there are thousands to choose from! I had went to 4 other consultations with other doctors and they made me feel like I needed to get the full works done and wasn’t really listening to what I wanted. They were just trying to raise the bill. The first thing Dr. Barrett said to me was «What can HE do for ME?». I was like ok, finally someone who wants to pay attention to what I want and not try to turn me into a barbie. I told him I wanted a tummy tuck and some lipo and thats what we talked about. He didnt try to sell me on getting my breast done or botox or anything else.
We scheduled my surgery for about 2 months after and Rosalyn kept in contact with me to make sure all my labs and paperwork were in order. She also helped calm my nerves with my crazy questions and emails I would send to her! She is so sweet and never made me feel like i was bothering her!
Day of surgery, i was soooooooo nervous! i’ve NEVER had any surgery in my life and i felt like i wanted to throw up! Dr. Barrett came in to draw on my stomach and he helped calm me down. I remember telling him that «I have 2 kids, so I dont want anything happening to me!» He smiled and was like «its going to be ok, nothing is going to happen. You are going to look great!». Fast forward to my post op appointments. I really like that Dr. Barrett wants to see you every week for 6 weeks, to make sure that you are healing properly and everything is good. Also if there was any concern before my appointments, I would take a picture of whatever it is and send over an email and Rosalyn would have Dr. Barrett help me out.
They really make you feel like you matter and not like they are just taking your money and pushing you out the door. I have told everyone about Dr. Barrett and Rosayln and a few people I know want to schedule consultations with him!
My appointments have moved from every week, to 2 months and Im kinda sad to not see them all the time. You kinda get used to it, But I will forever be grateful for this opportunity and so thankful to Dr. Barrett and Rosalyn for helping me get my pre-​babies stomach back!
If I ever want anything else, I will definitely go back!!!

Dr. Barrett’s office is lovely and his staff is amazing! Rosalyn (his office manager) is the kindest and most beautiful person you will ever meet! Truly! From the moment you walk in, she makes you feel right at home! Yes, you go to see the doctor, BUT!!! Rosalyn made the experience that much better! Dr. Barrett is very respectful, sweet, professional, knowledgeable, and personable (I can go on and on). He answers all of your questions and makes you feel very comfortable. I will definitely use him again in the future for any cosmetic needs I may have!

There are so many people offering cosmetic services in Los Angeles, it can be exhausting trying to find someone who is highly trained, skilled, caring and conscientious as well as being uniquely talented; that is exactly what I found in Dr. Daniel Barrett.
I have spent several years trying different practitioners in this city to find someone who I really trust for regular, ongoing injections and routine in-​office procedures. My appearance is very important to me and especially my face, so I was very relieved to learn that in this office it’s actually the doctor who does all of the procedures — unlike many other clinics around town.
Originally, I contacted them for filler injections around the eyes — a very delicate procedure that I had never had done before, and quite frankly was worried about. From the very first call to the office, they put my mind at ease. Rosalyn, who manages the front office was extremely pleasant, patient and kind. She answered all of my questions without rushing me, and even stayed an extra 10 minutes at the office while I made up my mind whether or not to schedule an appointment that week.
The procedure went exceptionally well, and I ended up booking several more. My face looks lovely, relaxed and just «less tired» — beautiful, natural results.

I cannot say enough about Dr. Barrett and/​or his office manager, Rosalyn. From the minute you walk in the door, Rosalyn greets you with her sincerely warm, personable demeanor and she carries it beyond the office visit with her friendly follow-​ups and encouragement to hang in through the healing process.
Dr. Barrett is a true east coast Plastic Surgeon. He is a genuine doctor who will give you unlimited one on one advice and encourage you to keep a natural look. I attest to his success. Over the years, I have met with many plastic surgeons for various considerations. In many cases, I walked out feeling unheard and uncomfortable with the consult and results. Dr. Barrett is an exception. He is unjaded, up to date on all procedures and clear on the results of your procedure. Look at his photos! They say it all. A natural look with the most minimal of procedure.

I’m fairly new to California and one of my life time dreams was to enhance my lips. I have naturally thin lips and they made me feel insecure. I did a lot of research online and Dr. Barrett seemed to have many great reviews and awesome before and after photos. I decided to give it a shot and I was extremely nervous because I had never had any work done. Rosalyn at the front desk was very helpful and answered all my questions. She even called to remind me of the appointment and she sent me a link to view some photos to ease my nerves. During the appointment the two of them made me feel welcome and relaxed. They answered all my questions and the procedure and paperwork were performed in about a total of 20 minutes. Very quick very painless. I’m super satisfied with the outcome of my lips and everyone is telling me how natural and nice they look. I’m defiantly going to be going back for more in the future.

It could be both difficult and tedious trying to find a surgeon who feels right for you. However, from the moment I spoke to Rosalyn over the phone, I felt very much at ease. There wasn’t any pressure to schedule a consultation like many other offices I’d called and Rosalyn was very accommodating to schedule me in after work.
Dr. Barrett made me feel very comfortable during the consultation; he seemed genuinely interested in getting to know why I wanted this procedure and never inflicted his personal opinion on my decisions. He was very informative and provided me real expectations based on implant sizes. I had a lot of questions and uncertainty and he relieved all of this after meeting with him twice prior to surgery. I also spent a lot of time over the phone and exchanged several texts with Rosalyn. She made this process so easy!
The day of surgery was the easiest throughout this entire experience. Dr. Barrett has an amazing team — his nurses, the anesthesiologist that works with him, Rosalyn, they all made me feel so at ease! I remember laughing at a comment the anesthesiologist made and woke up with a brand new set of boobs! I didn’t feel any pain, in fact, I didn’t feel anything at all. It was great, lol. Also to my surprise, the next day I rec’d a knock on my door; it was a delivery from 1800flowers. What!!! Dr. Barrett and his Team sent me a bouquet of two beautiful dozen roses!!! How did I get so lucky?! I am a little over a month post op and my breasts are settling in perfectly! My biggest concern was the large gap I’d seen many girls have with implants and bulging baseballs, but Dr. Barrett is amazing! I don’t have either of these issues and my breasts look and feel great!
I am so thankful for Dr. Barrett and Rosalyn. I still come for regular post op appointments and they still provide me with the same attention and care I rec’d the very first time I came in for the consultation.

I went to Dr. Barrett after carefully considering filler for my horrible dark circles. I went for the 1^st consultation and his assistant Rosalyn & Dr. Barrett were very pleasant and explain to me everything I needed to know. I was scarred of the whole procedure but Rosalyn calmed my nerves down she’s wonderful ! I got 1cc of restylane for both eyes, the doctor was gentle and I was truly amazed when I felt not even a pinch. My results were so amazing. I did have some bruising but It went away in a few days, I also had some serious concerns but Dr. Barrett put my concerns at ease. Rosalyn is very good in following up with the patients, very caring i giver her 10 starts for that not every doctors follow up with you. I definitely recommend his services. I have been looking for a surgeon who was able to provide me with all the information I needed while making me feel more than just a patient. That was exactly what I got when I came to Dr Barrett’s office for a breast augmentation. I have been on the search for five years and haven’t been able to feel comfortable enough with a doctor to even come in for a consultation. When I first called, I spoke to Rosalyn, who I absolutely love. Her overall personality and excitement made it so easy for me to loosen up and actually see that I was at the right place and found the right doctor. She set up my appointment with Dr Barrett and practically held my hand through it all, which I am so grateful for!

I was always so self conscious about a mole I had on top of my eyebrow I was in search of a doctor I was a little skeptical of where I could go get it removed since I didn’t want to have it laser or for the mole to not be completely gone. Until I came across a post on Instagram and saw that they had gotten a mole removed with Dr Barrett and loved how the results had turned out. So I made my appointment and that same day I got my mole removed. He totally boosted my confidence up and I just couldn’t be any happier. I highly recommend him, he’s friendly & easy going as well as his staff.

I have seen Dr. Barrett multiple times and have left with amazing results! The front desk staff are always so warm and welcoming. They offer water and sparkling water upon arrival. I generally get a little light headed when getting filler but they are always so supportive and helpful. Dr. Barrett is a very kind doctor who takes his time to get perfect results. He never rushes the procedure and takes his time to give you the most flattering results.

Once I made the decision to get my lips injected with Juvederm, Dr Barretts name was said to me a few times. I thought I would give him a try. The whole process went as smoothly as possible. I sent an email and Rosalyn responded quickly answered all my questions and worked with me on scheduling as well as followed up with me when my gemini brain was scattered and I forgot to respond. She is a true gem! When I got there she was even more amazing in person (get ready to have your self esteem shattered she looks like a super model)
