Dr. Jimmy S. Firouz is a double board certified Plastic & Reconstructive Surgeon. After graduating from the prestigious George Washington University School of Medicine, Dr. Firouz completed a 5-year general surgery residency at USC, followed by a 2-year specialized Plastic & Reconstructive Surgery program at the acclaimed Cleveland Clinic. After finishing his extensive training, Dr. Firouz started his own private practice, the Firouz Institute of Aesthetic & Plastic Surgery.

In addition to his private practice, Dr. Firouz is actively involved in clinical research, has authored numerous scientific publications, and has presented at national plastic surgery meetings.

I am extremely pleased by Dr. Firouz and his lovely staff. I wanted a breast augmentation for many years because I was completely flat chested. Also needed a little «clean-up» on my flank (love handle area) with lipo. I had both procedures performed simultaneously in February of this year. Now going on 4 months post-op, I am so happy with the results. I opted for 300cc on a virtually flat chest. I now look nicely proportioned in cute dresses, and tops. I feel like a woman, no more little boy chest!
Its a process when you want to make a change in your body no matter what it may be, it is imperative that you have the right doctor and staff in your corner! I am lucky to have had Dr. Firouz to perform these procedures. He’s very careful about what he does, and that is key in a physician. He covered everything with me, and his kindness and compassion are unparalleled.
Him and his staff have been there for me consistently post operatively. No question is a stupid question when it comes to patient concerns. (This is one of the most important factors for me, due to my high anxiety). This office and doctor care about their patients and make you feel like an important person to them. I would highly recommend this practice to *anyone* who is contemplating a plastic surgeon. In all sincerity, look no further– you won’t be disappointed in your decision. I am very happy I made the decision I did and also its important to note, I dealt with very manageable/minimal pain post operatively thanks to the precision and care that was taken during surgery. Dr. Firouz is truly AMAZING! Dr. Firouz was my first and only consultation! He is truly the kindest, most caring doctor I have ever met. During my visit with Dr. Firouz I met with Maggie (plastic surgery consultant). Maggie is so kind, thoughtful, and compassionate. I can’t say enough great things about her. I have texted her multiple times with questions, and she gets back to me extremely fast. She truly is the sweetest!
During my consultations I addressed all my concerns/desires. With Dr. Firouz’s expertise, I decided on a mini tummy tuck, breast revision/capsulectomy/breast reduction/full anchor breast lift, and breast tissue removal from my armpits. I always have had large breasts (32D), but in 2008, I decided to have a breast augmentation from a different plastic surgeon, which was a huge mistake. After my surgery, I ended up having 32 °F breasts, that were already very saggy and uneven! They were way to big for my small frame, and my back hurt all the time. In 2014 I gave birth to my twin daughters, and my boobs changed dramatically after breast feeding. I was left with 32F/32G boobs that sagged almost down to my belly button. I also had a little bit of sagging skin on my tummy from caring twins, and ended up getting large amounts of breast tissue in my armpits that you could see with almost any form fitted shirt.
The day of my surgery I wasn’t even nervous. I was so excited, mostly to have new boobs (my tummy and armpits were an extra bonus)! Dr. Firouz’s surgical assistant Jennifer came in and spoke with me prior to Dr. Firouz seeing me. Jennifer is awesome, she has such a great personality! She made me feel so comfortable and I knew her and Dr. Firouz would take great care of me.
I’m very happy with my results! This was the best decision I have ever made. I feel amazing and have much more confidence. Dr. Firouz is a true artist at what he does. I can’t thank him enough!!! ! Thank you so much Dr. Firouz, Maggie and Jennifer!!!

I’m one week post-op from a breast augmentation and couldn’t be happier with the results and the recovery! Dr. Firouz is absolutely the best, I was SO indecisive about the size and he spent a lot of time talking with me about all of the options which really meant a lot to me. I’m in aw of how natural and amazing they look and it’s only been a week. I also expected the recovery to be grueling and didn’t believe Dr. Firouz when he told me I’d be fine that night, he even said he makes all his patients go out to dinner the following night and I didn’t think I’d be up for it, but I was! I took Ibuprofen for maybe three days and that was it.
Maggie is also so amazing and so helpful! She made everything easy and seamless, she’s really the best! You couldn’t be in better hands, I honestly can’t recommend Dr. Firouz enough and would trust him with anything in the future.

Dr. Firouz is the best of the best!!! He is an awesome, talented surgeon, and a very nice person, with a great patients-side manner! –The Office Staff, especially Maggie, are helpful, thoughtful, organized, personable, compassionate and quite frankly, I couldn’t have done this without them.

Where do I start? I am absolutely obsessed with the entire staff at Dr. Firouz office and extremely please and OBSESSED with my new boobs. I have been thinking about breast augmentation for years now and wouldn’t settle for anything but the best doctor in town. I did so much research, went in for multiple consultations with well known surgeons in the LA area, and for some reason just knew that I would end up choosing Dr. Firouz (so glad I did).
They managed to get me in for surgery within less than a month after my consultation, since I had told them I wanted my surgery at least a month before my birthday so that I have time to heal. Even though Dr. Firouz had a super busy/booked up schedule they made sure to accommodate my needs.
Surgery is a scary thought for all of us and we all have a million questions and/or concerns before our surgery date. I wanted to say that Maggie was absolutely great with making me feel as comfortable as possible up until and after my surgery. She would respond to my never ending texts messages, even when she was on vacation! I am overall very pleased with how professional and kind the staff is.
It has been three weeks since my surgery, and it has been the best experience. I healed pretty quickly, and the Incisions look better than I thought! My breasts look so natural, I am beyond pleased with the results, and now all my friends want to get them done/redone after seeing mine.
I would definitely recommend Dr. Firouz for anyone who is considering breast augmentation.

I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Firouz and his staff! I had part one of my mommy makeover (I have two small kids so I’m having to do my desired procedures in two parts) one month ago. From the first time meeting Dr, to going in last week for my month checkup, I have been so happy! When I first walked into the office, not only was it beautiful, but the staff was incredible. Dr. Firouz sat down with my husband and I and extensively went into detail about the goals I had and how to achieve them. I was able to get in for my procedure within a couple of weeks. Dr was so great the morning of, everything was on time and comfortable. This was my first big surgery and I was scared but everyone made me feel great. The nurse in the aftercare was AMAZING, I wanted to be friends with her forever!
Post surgery, I never had an ounce of pain to be completely honest. I was so shocked because I was up and walking around that evening. By the next day we drove home (4 hours away) and I was never uncomfortable.
Maggie is the best! She coordinated everything and made the process so much easier. She has checked on me several times and answered any and every weird question I had for her.
I wish I could afford to come to Dr for every little nip and tuck I ever desired. I love showing off my new body and can’t wait for phase 2 of my mommy makeover!!!

Well after a few months in recovery I finally wanted to write my review for this wonderful surgeon! In October 2015 I went in to see the doctor since he had such great reviews here in Unilocal.I had wanted to get a breast reduction for a long time due to the strain on my back and self esteem issues that were a result of having large breasts. The doctor and his assistant Maggie (who is amazing) were able to fit me in for a consultation right away.
The first thing I noticed was how clean and inviting. The receptionist was very kind to me and I went in to see the surgeon right away. He answered all of my many questions and told me very realistically how everything would work. I had never had any major surgery before this. When we planned the procedure was quoted cheaper than he thought, they actually lowered the price to the original one!
The day of the surgery I was very nervous, but they let me come to surgery in my pajamas! I was a bit late to the surgery center, but I filled out my paper work and was sent quickly back to be checked on. While I was being marked for the procedure, he even got me a small gift bag with all my medicines in it. The surgery it’s was over before I knew it and I was able to come home just an hour afterwards.
Recovery has been much easier than I thought it would be! The first couple of days was a lot of pain and medicine, but it only got easier as I healed. I was very scared to have my stitches removed, but the doctor reassured me and it was so easy and painless!
If I ever decide to have any other cosmetic surgery, he is the only doctor I would go to again. The staff is all so caring, friendly and helpful. I feel like more than just a patient in the office!

In January I got a breast augmentation from Dr. Firouz and it definitely was one of the best decisions that I have ever made! I choose Dr. Firouz because of all his before and after pictures on his website and on Unilocal.I loved the way his after pics were. All the girls breasts looked so natural yet vulumptious.
On the day of the surgery I was so nervous! But the girls in the surgery center were so awesome, they made me feel super comfortable! After surgery I was never in any pain. I just felt sensitive, like I couldn’t make any fast movements. Once my sister got me home, I took some Advil and slept for a while. No pain meds needed! One day after surgery me and my sister went out shopping and three days after surgery I honestly felt like I was back to normal! I could not believe how little pain I felt and how fast I recovered! If I would have know how easy it was I would not have waited so long to have surgery.
I had such a good experience with Dr. Firouz. He truly does amazing work. I would recommend him to any girl who wants to enhance their breasts! I wake up everyday and look in the mirror and love my boobs more and more, I am so happy with the results!
If I could add another star on for Maggie, I would! Maggie handled all of the office business and gave me her cell phone in case I had any questions. I cannot tell you how many times I text her late at night asking her random questions about post-op and pre-op care. She defiantly took care of me!

Dr. Firouz was my first and last consultation! I knew right away that he was the doc for me.
Dr. Firouz is professional, knowledgable, thorough, detail-orientated, warm, patient and kind. He understood my needs and was conservative with me – never suggesting any additional or unnecessary procedures (which many doctors do). All of the qualities I was looking for in my doctor.
From consultation to post-op my experience was great! His amazing office staff, led by Maggie, are so friendly and efficient, ready to answer any questions you may have. His surgical team is awesome as well, making you feel comfortable and at ease during a nerve-wracking time. I love my results and will continue to see Dr. Firouz should I need anything in the future.
I should also add that my appointments are always on time, no waiting (which I appreciate!), and there is a parking structure conveniently located right across the street from his office.

I was incredibly nervous to get my breast augmentation. A friend of mine in California goes to Dr. Firouz for everything and put me in contact with his office. When I called them for more information, Maggie was so sweet as she spent over 45 minutes thoroughly addressing each of my questions.
Needless to say, I was impressed with the office before I even booked my flight from Chicago. Dr. Firouz exceeded my expectations by far and I couldn’t be happier with my results. 5 Weeks post-op 350cc Gummy Bear implants, under the muscle and ultra-high profile! 5 stars because:
1. Professionalism: Dr. Firouz and his staff are amazing all around. From the initial consultation to his bedside manner pre/post surgery (he held my hand while I was being put under… I have a HUGE fear of needles!!) to all of the post-op visits, Dr. Firouz has been nothing short of fantastic. His empathy to what I personally wanted from this procedure and his understanding of my lifestyle were jut spot on. My results have been amazing!
2. Staff: Maggie and the rest of the staff are just amazing. Like all the other reviews here, I received exceptional attention. Anytime I’ve had a question I can text Maggie and she get’s back to me asap with the answer. I couldn’t ask for a better experience from the team.
3. The whole procedure (pre and post) has been super easy. I was given all of the prescriptions except for one from Maggie the day of surgery, so we didn’t have to stop anywhere after the procedure and I could go straight to the hotel and rest. Coming from out of town, Dr. Firouz and Maggie have been so accommodating and as flexible as I imagine he can be with his schedule, which I really appreciate! I’ve followed all of his instructions to a «T» (which all of you should do!!) and everything is healing up beautifully. There was almost no pain post op, and after taking extra-strength ibuprofen for a few days and then advil for the remainder of the week, I was completely off pain meds 1-week post-op! I highly recommend Dr. Firouz for any cosmetic work, and will definitely see him again for future needs.

Dr. Firouz is simply amazing! I fell on a slippery floor 4 months ago and got a terrible cut above my right eyebrow… All the way down to the bone!
He quickly got me into his office and was able to fix the cut and I didn’t feel a thing. Fast forward 4 months and I have no scar whatsoever!
