Established in 1986.

After leaving the District Attorney’s Office in Los Angeles County, where I served as a gang prosecutor, I opened my law practice specializing in both criminal law and real estate. Eventually, I focused on the real estate aspect during the late 1980’s and early 1990’s.

After graduation from law school, I worked in the Office of the District Attorney in Los Angeles for 7 years, prosecuting gang cases. I practiced 2 years as a criminal defense attorney before specializing in real estate. I am licensed as a broker, and as a California notary.

I currently hold a position on the State’s Motor Vehicle Board, as a governor’s appointee. The Board is responsible for handling disputes between motor vehicle manufacturers and dealers. My client base consists mainly of brokers and their clients, who either need advise, or have disputes that they are unable to handle themselves. I pride myself in being able to obtain results for clients that will simplify their transaction or result in another form of benefit for them. I am expert in broker liability matters, and have been hired as an expert on behalf of brokers..
