FedEx Office Ship Center

So for my first ever review about any company, restaurant, market, etc. This review is not going to be good! If only there was a choice to not give any stars at all, I am not happy at all with this Fedex center. I got a call from Justine who I guess does not work there that my package was ready for pick up. That seemed simple, so 2 days later I leave the office rushing thru LA traffic to get to this place before 6pm, for which they will be closed.
So I arrive in Beverly Hills and as many know, just like LA, parking sucks! So I finally find a meter and park, put in my 10 cents since I should be in and out, so you would think! So I arrive at the door at 5:49pm so I am happy I made it, only to open the door and get told, my some rude bit$h that they are closed, they will be open tomorrow at 9am. I looked at my phone at it was 5:49pm not 6pm or 6:01pm, I said so your closed, she said YES. So I said it’s not 6pm, I’m hear to just pick up a package and still no package in my hand. So instead of making a scene I left because jail is not fun for me!
Being a business owner myself, I understand customer service very well and that lazy girl and the 2 idiots next to here need to learn customer service and when you advertise you close at 6pm, you should close at 6pm and help someone out when you are truly not closed for the day, but I guess none of them have learned to tell time or how to treat customers. I hope some day they will get rid of them and go above and beyond and stay open just 11 more minutes, so myself and any other person can pick up a package! Thanks for nothing!

Friendly I love this fed ex location one time experienced I had gotten there when it was closed past 5 min and the still managed to ship out my boxes talk about taking that extra mile !

Omg don’t even bother. One printer. No wifi. No choices for paper. Very slow. Such a waste of time.
