The staff at RoxSan have always been 100% courteous and patient with me. Highly recommend!

They are HORRIBLE. There is a price difference between the insurance price (higher) and out of pocket price (lower). They charged to my insurance to get more money and refuse to rectify the charge. There was a positive comment about Farbod, but he was the first one I talked to and he just told me to call my lawyer if I wanted to fix the situation. They just bully patients.

i love one of your specialists, cecil limbo. she is a pro very helpful and kind. i am switching my prescriptions for my mother and patients to roxsan pharmacy solely because of her ! ! !

Having gone here for many years I want to say this place is either great or terrible, depending on the day and one’s needs. I have had wonderful and easy times getting medications here, with the plus that they deliver. However, when I needed something stat in an urgent situation they didn’t come through and it required a lot of time spent dealing with them. I’m not even sure if they billed me correctly. When all is said and done I’d say if you are at a doctor in the building and need to use them they are fine, but I wouldn’t travel out of my way to use this pharmacy.

AVOID THIS PLACE!!! About two weeks ago I had to pick up almost 3k worth of meds. The pharmacist was super fast getting the order «ready» and with payment. I walked out of there thinking all was well. Mind you, this place is 45 minutes in bad LA traffic from my house. As I was driving home I had an urge to check my bag of meds because it seemed as though not everything that had to be in the bag was in the bag. I pulled over and realized I was right. The pharmacy basically «forgot» to include the most important medicine that I needed which are also the most expensive (over 2k) I called my doc’s office and the nurse confirmed that she had ordered all required meds and she wad livid that the pharmacist did such a sloppy job. I went back to the pharmacy and when i confronted the pharmacist/​clerk who initially helped me,
She totally denied any wrong doing. She blamed it all on my clinic. This place is a JOKE. After reading some of the reviews I seriously wondering if they «forgot» to pack the most expensive meds or if this was intentional. Very very bad place.

i was quite happy with my experience here with rox san pharmacy. i was already anxious just because we are going through the ivf treaments but they i was in & out of there within 30 minutes. they were courteous, helpful, when i did not know an answer they were able to call my doctor’s office & got the answer for me. i just wanted to thank the staff here at rox san pharmacy for helping me make my day smooth.

Tonight I arrived to the pharmacy 1-​hour after they closed, I forgot to pick up an important medication for my wife. I called the main line on a prayer — and somehow was then connected to Farbod, who was already more than an hour a way. Twenty minutes later, however, Farbod managed to have one of his pharmacists leave his dinner and come back and open the pharmacy just for me, to pick up this medication for my wife. I was really shocked that anyone would actually go out of their way and try and help us. This kind of personal attention and care will not be forgotten, and is something you would never, ever get from a RiteAid or CVS. Thanks, Farbod.

There is a certain level of professionalism that you come to the expect especially when a company is located in Beverly Hills. Sad to say that I was highly disappointed with the poor customer service that I have received and the disrespectful manner in which my matter has been handled. I had very important and time sensitive medication requested from this pharmacy and to be careful I asked for a signature upon receipt of delivery. Well, no shipment was received and as I further looked into the matter it appears as though my package disappeared as it was received by an anonymous party. I call the pharmacy in hopes of assurance that my package would be located only to be accused of being the one who has provided false or inaccurate information. Medication was paid for in full by myself not by any insurance yet there is a reason to assume that I or my family members are the parties at fault. I must admit it makes me truly disappointed to see that companies are able to treat their patients in this disrespectful manner. Not to mention that they have no consideration for the fact that as a result of their mistake I will most likely have to reschedule an extremely important medical procedure.

My experience with this pharmacy was great. They are quick, polite and accomodating.
I would defintely go back.

Nightmare. I was the only customer in the store and no one said a word to me for 5 minutes as I stood at the counter. Then they gave me the run around. They appeared too busy to help the one customer in their store. Switching my prescription to another pharmacy.

I come to Roxsan very often and have always been pleased with the service and help I receive when buying my meds. On my most recent visit I went to find some meds for a chronic stomach ache that developed during the day while I was at work. The staff recognized me and were very sympathetic and understanding. They were able to recommend me a range of different over the counter meds which I hadn’t tried before and they worked really well. I feel that their knowledge of the products they offer is a real plus point, and my experiences with them have confirmed my belief in this. It’s certainly my first choice of pharmacy if I need advice about the best meds to use.

Just stopped by after a meeting in Beverly Hills to pick up some medication, I have been feeling under the weather for the past week. I was able to pick up my meds and also pick up some vitamins, the pharmacist was great. He walked over to the vitamins section with me and recommended some items to help with my overall health so I would not get sick so often!
They took great care of me, the location was easy to find. Thanks again.

The service I received at this pharmacy was fantastic. I had forgotten my new insurance card which I needed to pick up my prescriptions so i did not have to pay cash for everthing. The pharmacist I dealt with at RoxSan was able to directly help me out by calling the insurance company on my behalf to confirm my prescription coverage. This was great as it meant that I did not have to make a long round trip back across town to pick up my card. He was very understanding and did not seem to mind going out of his way to help me and had a great personal manner. On top of everything, the prescriptions were cheaper than I had expected. My experience dealing with this pharmacy was great, the customer service and a great attitude of the pharmacist made my day.

Last winter on a snowboarding trip I fell and injured myself fairly seriously leading me to be bed bound on my return to LA. My doctor had prescribed me a long list of meds, mostly consisting of different painkillers. I realised I was a burden on my friends asking them to constantly pick up my meds. This problem was solved when Roxan Pharmacy were able to deliver my meds directly to my house, which saved me the pain of having to drive to get them in the first few weeks after the accident.
They were also able to recommend me some different pain meds which are applied topically which I then got a prescription for. This was a great help as the combination of painkillers I had been previously taking were having bad side effects even though they helped with the pain.
These two things really helped me out during a very bad time for me and I have been using Roxan Pharmacy ever since and would not hesitate to recommend them to others.

I have been using the RoxSan pharmacy for a number of years now as it is conveniently located just across the street from my office. I’m a busy person and generally don’t have much free time to spend looking around for pharmacies that stock my particular meds. RoxSan pharmacy has always had my meds in stock and so I have been a frequent customer over the past 4 years. I simply drop off my prescription at the start of my work day and it is ready in about 10 minutes, giving me time for the morning coffee in the office!
The high level of service that they provide was highlighted to me over the past 3 weeks. I went on vacation for the first time in a long time and unfortunately found out how unreliable other pharmacies can be. I had to try 4 different places before I found ones that stocked my meds and immediately regretted the assumption that other pharmacies would keep them in stock as standard.
I know the staff at RoxSan well and wanted to leave this positive review to show my appreciation for them and to let others know about the high level of service I have experienced with them.

I recently suffered the misfortune of being in a serious car accident. This caused many complications to my life but I’m luckily now on the road to recovery. However, I had a lot of cuts from the accident due to broken glass and had to find a doctor who was able to prescribe me suitable medicine to aid the healing process. The doctor I found was able to give me a prescription for a particular kind of cream which helps with the healing and reduces the amount of scarring that is left behind. I have been using the cream on my hands, face and forearms for around two weeks now and the results have been extremely positive.
I went to Roxan pharmacy to fill the prescription and would like to give a great review to the pharmacist who assisted me there. He took the time to go over the the instructions for the application of the cream which helped me to feel a lot more comfortable with the whole process. He was also able to suggest two other types of over the counter medicine that I could take which help with reducing the swelling, both of which have been very beneficial. I want to give a shout-​out to the team there to say thanks for the help and great service at a difficult time for me, keep up the good work!

This place is a Joke! Every time I call at least 10 people ask me the same question and don’t know anything about my prescription. This is the last time I’m picking up med’s even my nurse agrees.
FYI *BEWARE* of the STINKY breath’S and smelly Fart smell when you walk in UNBELIEVABLE it’s called toothpaste & Lysol/​Clorox people. TRUST me Stick with your local Pharmacy. (This place is a trip)

Very poor customer service. My nurse called in the prescription all I needed to do was pick it up. They kept me waiting over an hour. The lady took my name down twice completely forgot that she saw me half an hour ago and had me sit down and wait. They have ten people behind the counter and yet one one person to service the line. Oh and if you try calling them to verify they have your order ready — good luck. You will leave messages and they never call you back. I did speak to the manager and he said when doctors call in orders they don’t fill them until you actually get there. If you have all day to spend in the pharmacy feel free to follow there antiquated procedures. Otherwise have your doctor call in your order to another pharmacy. Do. Not. Go. Here.
Update: I ended up transferring my prescription to Hepps Pharmacy which is about ten minutes away from this location. MUCH better service, extremely efficient and with only 3 staff tending the pharmacy. Roxsan please take some tips from these folks!

The customer service and lack of follow through is appalling. My doctor in SF sent a prescription for me to this pharmacy since it needed to b compounded. They called me two weeks to obtain my insurance info, which I provided. We received a call from a delivery service last week — they were trying to deliver the medicine, but Roxsan gave them the wrong address (wtf)? My HOHH gave them the right street name and the courier said they would have to get Roxsan to reauthorize the delivery.
Five days later, I call the delivery service to track the package. The agent told me they had left 3 messages for Roxsan with no reply! I called Roxsan and the person I spoke with said she’d have the prescription re-​made and resent. No!!! Just call the delivery service and have them redeliver. This seemed like a brand new concept to her.
Hopefully it’ll show up. In the meantime I am going to ask my doctor to use a local pharmacy in the future.
