I had call this place numerous times today to get someone to call me back to schedule a appointment and I was threaten to take my post down or I would be sued by zachary and I felt that was very unprofessional and I also ask the call center to speak to a manager and they told me no one was there and I could only leave a message after doing so for two days I do not recommend anyone going to this place and being treated this way. Bad customer service and bad business and I wish I could not give this place any stars and they have lost business from me.

The central AC at my brother house ceased to function the night guests arrived and on the hottest night this year. We found out at 9pm when it was still scorching 98 degree. Needless to say, I looked through Unilocal and called several numbers. Xpress Refrigeration was the only one that picked up the phone call at 10pm and sent someone over by 11pm. Zach was so efficient. He climbed up to the roof, located the busted compressor and proceeded to take down all the info to order is a new one. The next day, he brought in a brand new compressor and within an hour, the AC was functioning again. Zach and Xpress Refrigeration really came to the rescue and saved us from the jam. Zach’s number is now on the contact list on my phone. We will definitely call him again for any AC problem.

UPDATE: That was short lived. Horrible Customer Service.
EDIT: The company called and showed up 15 minutes later! I hope it wasn’t because of the bad review since he did mention it. He said they were having some phone issues. I have no reason not to believe him. There is a heat wave going on and I am sure many HVAC companies are being bombarded with phone calls.
Regardless, Zack showed up and was very pleasant. We did a walk around and he went right up to the roof to assess the problems we had. He was very knowledgeable of everything. I am very confident that he can keep our company cool.
He waived the service fee because of my delay and many attempts to contact the company. I should receive a quote from them shortly on the work that is needed. If this was all done before the review, I would give 5 stars. Unfortunately, it wasn’t and I must reserve the one star because of it. So far so good. If this continues, I may give them that 5th star!
ORIGINAL: This place had great reviews so I was excited to have them come out.
Our company’s regular AC company was falling short on customer service and we were looking to find a replacement. We were going to give them good business if they did a good job.
I called yesterday and left messages 5 times with no return call after they said someone will call me in 5 minutes.
I called twice today and still no return call within «5 minutes». NO CALL AT ALL.
They just lost good business. Unfortunately, I also will not recommend them.

I highly recommend Express Refrigeration! I had an AC emergency in my condo and my regular AC guy wasn’t able to figure out the problem. Express Refrigeration came out quickly, figured out the problem and fixed it. Zack also helped me to understand what the problem was and explained what he was planning to do to fix it. Very happy with the service!

I can’t say enough about david. When he and zack came to my place, the problem was beyond their expertise. Rather than waste time, energy and money, they admitted that it was a problem they didn’t handle (electrical rather than air conditioning).zack called me later on that night and informed me of some troubleshooting I could do on my own to save me 500 – 600 bucks. In this economic environment, turning down a paying customer to truly help him was about the most refreshing experience I could have. I highly recommend zack for his honesty, integrity and customer service. Bravo!!!

One of the best places to go to if you’re looking for great rates, customer service, and a good job. It’s difficult to find someone that understands air conditioning, housing, and property management well. When talking to Zack, I felt that he was very knowledgable and that I can trust him with working at my house. I had some problems earlier with the air-​conditioning, but the person who fixed it a months ago didn’t do that well of a job. Six months has passed since Zack came over and fixed the air conditioning; the cold air in the house is definitely saving us from the Summer heat. Zack really took his time and did a great job with the air-​conditioning. Our AC still works great after six-​months have passed. I would recommend anyone who is need of repair with their AC to call Zack immediately.

Zachary pulled off a miracle today ! On one of the hottest day of the year my 30 year old AC broke down & with a birthday party for my son and 20 guests coming I was very afraid the apartment was going to be an inferno without AC.
Zachary came over on time, had good referrals, a fair price and worked nonstop to get the job done. Guests are here and the apartment is nice & cool thanks to Express.

I typically check Unilocal first when it comes to service work and I’m glad to say that the great reviews were spot on for Express.
I worked with Zack on an air conditioning issue in this grueling February heat, and Zack worked promptly around our schedule to fix our AC.
He was courteous, and willing to go the extra mile to assure is that the new unit is working and that should anything go wrong, not to hesitate to call them to check things out.
Great service, no headaches, and a cool house once again!

Express is the best. Hands down. And that’s from someone who works in property management and works with dozens of different vendors, technicians, and specialists every week.
We only trust Express with our HVAC needs in our commercial west Los Angeles building. We had problems with interior positive air pressure for months and no HVAC company could help. Zack at express knew exactly what was going on with our 9 rooftop units and exhausts, and had it fixed in no time.
Most recently we converted a room in the building into a video studio. We needed a new HVAC unit just for that room, because of the hot equipment. Less than a business week after calling Express about it, the new unit was in and operating. and the price was definitely on the low end of prices I’ve seen.
Low price, great techs, fast, and informative. You can’t ask for anything else. Wish I can send them across country to our other properties!

My air went out and Zach was there within the same day, «his response to my call, no worries I’ll be there!» He worked with in my budget when I needed a new furnace and stayed in touch to make sure everything was working correctly. I would highly recommend him to anyone of my friends, family and clients, which I have repeatedly.
