Unreliable! I called 10am on Saturday morning to ask for service — I had flooding in my home casued by a punctured pipe connected to my boiler (so, my entire water was shut off). They promised service between 1pm and 3pm. When no one showed up or called by then, I called again and asked when to expect them. They said that they had a technical issue with service calls, and it was good that I called them again. They said that someone was in the area and would come within an hour, and that they will call within 10 minutes to confirm. They did not call to confirm, and no one showed up! When I called again, I only got the answering machine — talking about 24⁄7 service, NOT!!!
I ended up calling another company at 4pm. By, 6pm on the same day, my pipes were replaced and I had water. THIS is called reliable service.
