I can’t recommend DR Rollins more !
My review is long, but it contains all my experience. I tried to write all I have faced. Since I did surgery on few areas, it might be helpful !
First, I need to say when it comes to pick, I am a very picky person. I search a lot before I choose a place, a Dr, etc. Specially when it comes to health and beauty.
After I read all reviews everywhere, Dr’s background, read every details on the website, I decided to work with Dr Rollins.
He is very knowledgable, skillful, responsible and caring person and Dr. He doesn’t see you as a number, he really cares about his patients. He loves what he is doing !
You feel the office as a comfy friendly place because of kind and nice behavior of Dr and all staff.
At consultation session, Dr tells you what he thinks and what you should do. Then, you will go to Cindy’s office and you can ask all your questions, talk about price, dates of surgery, etc.
She is nice and really try her best to accommodate your needs.
I am very emotional person. I always managed my feelings with food (the main reason leaded me to this place after trying many other solutions !). Right before the first surgery, Dr seriously tells you you need to go on a strict diet he recommends you. The first time I found he cares about his patients, was that time. He could not say that, so you would eat again, get fat and go back to him since there is a wrong belief that you won’t get fat after the procedure. yes, the fat cells has removed, won’t get back, but the remaining ones can get bigger and make you overweight again !
Although he is a successful Dr, he is very down to earth. (I had few experiences of Drs who behave so snobby). During the surgery, he talks with you like a friend you know for years. He is also really good in psychology.
He called me the night of surgery to be sure I was ok. My first surgery was a large area and was kind of hard, he didn’t give up on me, he checked my health status till he was sure I am ok.
My heart rate went so high each time. I went to Cardiologist, he told me I have no heart issues and it is all because I am an emotional person. When I went to elite body for vitals and check my surgery areas, my heart rate was high again and when the nurse told Dr my heart rate is at 126, although I told him I saw a cardiologist before and he said my heart is in good condition, Dr Rollins said loudly: 126 ?!
He came in room with red face, and asked me for my cardiologist number, talked to him directly and send me there to be sure I am ok right away.
I had a lots of questions, and Dr answered me patiently all of them in a short time (I know sometimes it was not easy, sorry DR !).
If you hear something you are not sure of, ask him. He won’t give you any false information.
One important thing to share about my experience: To be honest, I don’t get the people who could be completely fine after 48 hours !!
For me, Abdomen and sides, took about 7 – 10 days to be ok. The great fact was I saw the result even the day after the surgery. Although now it has been 5 weeks from my abdomen area, I am so happy with the result.
chin, was the hardest for me. The only area had injections at the place. What was even harder for me was sleeping on back with 3 pillows and having a garment same time for 2 weeks, sometime gave me feel of choke! I see a great result on chin area too, but haven’t seen the result as obvious as my abdomen area yet, but I am so happy about the result and the neat job has done on my chin area ! no one could tell I did surgery there !
Legs, were the easiest part, but I haven’t see the result I saw at other areas yet, which Dr said it is normal.
And the last part, he did an amazing job on my arms and back. Believe it or not, my arms loose an inch in 2 days. My back had two hard big fat tissues, which would never go a way with diet and needed surgery. He did a hard work on that and now it is nothing there although it hasn’t even a week from surgery !
Every one who see me, thinks I have lost about 50 pounds, although I have lost about 20.
I feel changes in my outfits. I am so Happy I have done this, although it wasn’t easy to go over few surgeries.
I never had a recovery time of 48 hours. For me, it always started to get better at the third day, and slowly gets better in a week to 10 days. I think recovery might be different from a person to person.
Yes, the procedure is somehow pricy, but when it comes to your health and beauty, you need to choose the best and in my opinion and with my experience, Dr Rollins is really the best !!

Why did i have a fever, why did i have a rash, why isnt my stomach stil flat (i was only 129 lbs with a tummy now im 136lbs — wuth diet and exercise and honestlyi cant get nto my tight lil clothes right now) why didnt he put enough fat in the hips as i asked, why didnt he put enuf fat in the butt that i can see the result.
I was in touch with them during this time, but they never ever reached out to me on their own. we tried to schedule a video conference but it didnt happen (sometimes i got busy and sometimes they were late to respond). I honestly felt they wished me away .
Now the Dr has reached out on his own after he saw this review, after all these months and the office manager has too, They saw m go through hell, it would have been nice if he had reached out to me on his own before reading this review. or they had at least talked about a partial refund .
I paid a lot of money but i dont have the results to show for it and if evaluation means spend more money, put your trust in this team and ago thru this sheer hell, sorry i think i will pass.
Beverly hills is soo much about $$$, that you feel treated like a number .
It took me 9 months of waiting to see how i do to write this and hope it helps some folks who are making this decision. !
p, s: The in office before and after didnt look that great but was told i will have amazing results as i was i shape …

Ok everyone if you want to be treated like a princess I highly recommend Elite body sculpture! The name says it all, ELITE! Dr Yovino was great! And the staff at this place are so helpful and professional exactly what you would expect from a place that is for the Elite! Overall I am so happy I chose Elite Body Sculpture and Dr Yovino! And would recommend it to anyone who is still undecided!

I must say my Experience at Elite Body Sculpture is one of a kind. I had heard about it through a friend and I researched about it on my own and made an appointment. The moment I walked in I was greeted and it was warm and the design made me feel relaxed. Not so clinical like most Doctor offices. They are very accommodating to help you fulfill your needs.
Dr. Yovino was amazing probably first doctor I ever had who made me feel relaxed and very comfortable. I was sweaty nervous wreck I was a virgin to all of this lol and he helped ease my nerves and took good care of me while he was working. Best part is they are cool with u making ur own playlist of music to relax u while the procedure is happening. He is very one on one with his patients and responds quickly if you reach out with questions. Hands down the best bedside manner I have came across to date. Very professional yet personable and I don’t get that from hardly any doctor ever! I highly recommend going to Elite Body Sculpture and if you want a great job done from a great doctor go with Dr. Yovino you will be very satisfied with the results and overall experience.

I have to say that my experience at Elite Body Sculpture was one of a kind. The office is beautiful and everyone is very helpful. From my consultation to the day of my procedure, I was handled with care, and felt very well taken care of.
Dr. Yovino and his staff at Elite Body Sculpture are so kind, genuine, and provide you with all the tools you need have a comfortable and pleasant experience. This is one of the few places I’ve been in LA where I’ve been treated well from start to finish and felt like I was with family. I felt super comfortable before during and after my procedure.
The staff are very knowledgeable and give you honest, thorough, and helpful advice and suggestions for your particular needs. It’s been a month now since my procedure and I have zero pain and the results are amazing! I can not say enough awesome things about this place.

I don’t write reviews for everywhere that I go, but Dr. Rollins and the staff at Elite Body Sculpture deserve it hands down. Before I decided to get my procedure, I consulted the Unilocal reviews for several different doctors and I am so glad that I chose well. I had my procedure in June 2015, having fat removed from my abdomen.
For anyone seeking to have an elective procedure, you should know that the procedure that Elite Body Sculpture will perform is unique to only to their offices. The procedure that Dr. Rollins created will leave you with far better results, and far less recovery time than more traditional methods of liposculpture with other doctors.
I couldn’t be happier with the end results of the procedure. Like everything else in life, there is no quick-​fix to make you look like you would in your dreams instantly. If you have a procedure with these doctors, and remember Dr. Rollins mantra of «Eat Half» and combine it with exercise, there’s no doubt that you’ll be thrilled with your results. I’d never consider going anywhere else.

I had my treatment here with Dr. Yovino. Truly an all around great guy. He makes you feel completely comfortable and like you are talking to a friend, someone who truly listens to your wants and needs and genuinely does his best to make you feel your absolute very best. I highly recommend choosing Dr. Justin Yovino as your surgeon at Elite Body Sculpture. Professional and very pleasing bedside manners along with the nurses who helped assist him. I have also had facial work done with him as well at his other medical office Ideal Face and Body and the results have been wonderful. Definitely an all around very talented Dr.

Just want to say this place is amazing. Before booking my appointment the staff was very helpful. From the minute we walked in, everyone was very nice. Dr. Yovino is an amazing doctor, highly recommend him. He made me feel comfortable and answered any question I had before and after the procedure. This is the ideal place. Everyone at Elite is so kind, attentive, caring, and professional. Liposuction is a unique experience, and I was a little concerned with what to expect. But Dr Yovino was very reassuring. He answered all my questions, explaining exactly what he’d do. And I have to say, three months after the procedure I have a very different body. Over the years the weight had crept up on me. And I had folds on my folds. But today I fit my clothes so much better. I have a waist. Softened hips. Flattened tummy. And my butt which had grown to the size of a Buick is more like a Corvette now. Do your homework. Ask your questions. Look at the pictures. Have reasonable expectations depending on your own body and your own needs, and then call Dr Yovino.

Dr. Yovino is amazing, I can’t say enough good about him. I’ve had two procedures with him now and I would trust him with my life. He has a great bedside manner and is an excellent surgeon. Both my procedures came out perfectly, I have no complaints and he makes the process from start to finish enjoyable. I was nervous both times, but everything went great, and everyone in the office is so pleasant. I can’t recommend him enough.

Over the years I’ve had a procedure (or two) done with different doctors and had a certain expectation. Dr. Michael Jazayeri by far exceed all of my expectation. He immediately knew what would work and what wouldn’t and was very clear in his explanation as to what he could and should do. It was such a relief to be met with such a high degree of knowledge and experience. Not only him, but his staff was caring, attentive and considerate of the anxiety that a person can have over these type of procedures. I am beyond happy and ecstatic over my results and would highly recommend Dr. Jazayeri to all who seek personal improvement with a high degree of professionalism.

Dr. Yovino was fantastic! I had laser lip done on the back of my arms and I could not be happier with the results. The doctor made me feel extremely comfortable throughout the entire procedure and I would absolutely recommend Dr. Yovino and Elite Body Sculpture to anyone who is considering having laser lip done. They were extremely friendly and professional!

I am BEYOND happy with my smart lipo results from Dr. Aaron Rollins. If you want proof of my before and afters or have any questions for a real patient, I created an email just for that purpose (yes, really lol):
, so email me if you want. He has changed my life and given me the body I never thought I could have. There isn’t another cosmetic surgeon out there that I would trust as much as him. I made the stupid decision of going w/​my friend as a pair to another doctor for minor areas who RUINED my body and made it worse/​dented. Dr. Rollins will luckily be reconstructing these areas next because I trust no one else. I will NEVER make the mistake of trusting another doctor, I HIGHLY recommend Dr. Rollins. He is professional, nice/​genuine, and very skilled. Even the Nurse at the other lipo place asked me where I got it done bc she wanted to go to him (as in instead of the doctor she worked for… awkward). The entire staff at Elite Body Sculpture is extremely qualified and professional. Even the girls at the front desk seem more educated on the procedures than some of the doctors you might find out there. For how amazing of a job they did, it was pretty inexpensive. Now, don’t get me wrong here, you need to put that in context. Lipo in general will be expensive, but for how skilled he is, I honestly expected it to be a lot more. They are very understanding with (2 optional) payment plans as well.
The following will be a summary/​review of my procedure for anyone curious on the process:
CONSULTATION: It took ~ 2 weeks from the day I called to get a consult. The girls at the desk were/​are extremely nice and knowledgable and were able to answer any questions I had for them. They brought me back and had me change into a robe while waiting for the doctor. When Dr. Rollins came in he asked what I was looking for and when I told him, he genuinely cared about my concerns. He only wanted me to look my best and feel the best, he wasn’t just trying to make money. He even recommended I didn’t do certain procedures that wouldn’t be worth it monetarily (aka areas that weren’t too bad, etc.). He looks you over to see what he is working with and will tell you his recommendation based off your body and what you hoped to get done. He will answer any questions you have very honestly about the procedure. I wasn’t even scared to get it done once I left the consult because he answered any/​all questions so I felt comfortable. You will then be brought into another office where they will go over pricing. They will also give you information on 2 different payment plans if you need financial help (CareCredit is the one I chose) for the procedure. They give you a very clear itemized pricing for each area you want done at this time. You will then book an appointment if you want one, which requires an initial deposit to hold your appointment (but the deposit amount is taken off of your procedure total, it’s NOT extra).
PRE-​PROCEDURE: you ARE supposed to eat before the procedure and you can drink water and everything normally the night before. DO NOT FAST.
PROCEDURE: Wear light, flowy, old clothing the day of. Dr. Rollins goes over the procedure with you once more, takes «before» pictures, outlines the areas, etc. They will give you a pill and you will be brought to the operating room. They will let you choose the music, etc. to make you feel as comfortable as possible and put the gas mask on you. Everyone in the operating room is extremely friendly as well, they will talk to you and make you feel comfortable/​forget about the procedure if you are nervous. You are awake the entire procedure, but don’t feel anything. Okay, you will feel it a little of course, but it’s not bad and very doable! Doesn’t feel like what you’d think, kind of just feels like pressure. The places you will feel it the most are on areas closer to the bone (i.e. upper abdomen (rib cage)=worse than lower). All in all though, not «painful» necessarily, just occasionally slightly uncomfortable depending what part he’s working on. It is a relatively fast procedure though, won’t take very long, so any slight discomfort is not only minimal, but only happening for a very short period of time. You can also tell him if it is bothering you and they can adjust the pain meds, or give you a moment to relax if need be, however I never had to do this, I didn’t ever feel any pain-​pain.
POST-​PROCEDURE: They will give you a compression garment you have to wear for 2 weeks and some pads for the blood. You will bleed for the first couple days, very lightly, so make sure to keep pads in the garment. You won’t be in pain, but you may be sore, as if you just worked out. No exercise for the first 48 hours, but afterward it is recommended to go on a 30 min walk each day to help the swelling. Make sure to clean the areas. You should see some results immediately, however as time passes and the swelling goes down, you should see more of your results better.

It’s been a bit over 3 months since I had my surgery and I couldn’t be happier. I absolutely love my results. Dr. Yovino and his staff is amazing. If I had to do it again I would choose them. My husband is more than pleased with my results. If you are interested in having surgery go to Elite Body Sculpture. Dr. Jazayeri did a wonderful job on my full abdomen surgery. I was really hesitant to move forward with the procedure but am so thrilled that I did. Dr. Jazayeri made me feel comfortable and did and excellent job. The recovery process was very easy and I was back on my feet in no time.
I am still in the early stages of me recovery but so far so good. Can’t wait to continue to shrink and get have to body I deserve! I would definitely recommend Elite Body Sculpture to anyone!

Three kids later I realized that my body did not match my age [32]. Things became deflated!
Just over 2 week ago I had lipo on my back, stomach, love handles and tailbone for a fat transfer to my breasts. I am so happy with my results. Everyday my body and recovery continues to improve.
Dr. Yovino is great! From the consultation, procedure and post op care, he has been nothing but attentive and informative. I couldn’t be more happy with Dr. Yovino as my doctor. Loving my results!
The office has a very relaxing presence. The procedure is non-​invasive and went by quickly.

What can I say? I’ve been struggling with being self conscious regarding these fat pads on the back of my arms for years. I don’t like wearing sleeveless tops or tanks because of it. I dislike how it makes me feel especially because I’m in reasonably good shape and fairly young.
I elected to have laser lipo done on the back of my arms. That’s where Elite Body Sculpture came in. Dr. Aaron Rollins and Dr. Mats Hagstrom were just the men to do the job. They worked on me giving me the most beautiful arms I could ask for. I am beyond pleased. They are amazing artists. They removed those awful fat pads and now I can finally see what my arms truly look like. Its wonderful and I am so happy. I can wear sleeveless tops without being self-​conscious anymore.
What to expect:
1. Professional and friendly staff that is super attentive to your needs.
2. Doctors that use their art form to help you look and feel beautiful.
3. No pain. That goes to say a lot for me because I’m such a big baby.
4. No down time. I went back to work the next day.
5. No bruising.
6. A major self esteem booster. Yay! Who doesn’t want that?
Overall I had a wonderful experience. I never knew looking this good would be so easy. I am definitely coming back and I highly recommend Elite Body Sculpture. :)

The short version: unsolicited and enthusiastic five stars. I am beyond satisfied, I am actually excited to wear a tank top.
The long version: I just turned 45 and have been working out as hard as the mother of a special-​needs six-​year old can. But I had the same little pot belly and flabby upper arms that my mom always had.
I was dubious about Elite. First, for all of the hype and attention it’s getting, I immediately put it in the same category as all of the charms and «fat-​burners» I see on every talk show. I also was already feeling ashamed for considering something like surgery when I try to live values of internal worth and changing the way this town views women. I couldn’t justify putting my family in financial jeopardy on top of everything else. I am no fan of the Beverly Hills image, so they had an uphill battle just getting me to stay past the initial meeting.
The energy of this office is warm and, dare I say it, real. I discussed all of my concerns and desires with Dr. Yovino who gave me his opinions in a supportive and honest way. He not only didn’t try to sell me on more than I requested, he actually suggested I wait on some things because he thought I was being overly critical. He told me what the surgery could do, what I could expect to see, and how long recovery would take. He is an attentive doctor who really valued my perspective. (NOT SOMETHING I FOUND IN ANY OTHER BEVERLY HILLS OFFICE, BY THE WAY. Wow. If you ever want to hear how wrong you are about the body you live in, make an appointment with another plastic surgeon in the 90 210 zip code.)
The pricing was clear and laid out before I scheduled anything. They didn’t give me pressure to make an appointment right then, they encouraged me to even meet with other doctors. I did. I didn’t find anyone who made me feel as confident and relaxed as Dr.Yovino.
The procedure was astounding. I had my full abdomen and upper arms done. They give you medication to relax you and then nitrous oxide during the process, so I was awake but felt fiiiiine. (They say you can take your phone in with you, but unless you are a fan of drunk texting, I’d say leave it outside and enjoy your personal Pandora station they find for you.)
They got me in my compression garments and sent me home still feeling fine, with a copy of my instructions since I wasn’t going to remember anything they told me. The whole thing from entrance to exit took a little over four hours.
The next day, I just felt sunburned! That was it! I had to FORCE myself to stay calm and not overdo it. I will say there was some seepage, but I bought some thin panty liners and they caught everything until it healed. I wasn’t a fan of the garments I had to wear, but I understand that they are necessary if I want everything to heal smoothly.
Which it did. There’s still a little swelling left, I can find a bruise or two around my belly button if I look hard, but the outcome is unbelievable! I’m 45 and I have a six-​pack! (Dr.Yovino said he was surprised at the fat I was «hiding» in there.) The skin on my upper arms isn’t hanging or flapping at all, it looks smooth and pretty darn tight, if I do say so myself.
So… yeah. Like I said, the long version, but if I came looking for a review about something this important, I’d want details. It really was as good as it looks. I am so happy I did it, and feeling good about yourself isn’t something to be ashamed of.
