I’ve been coming here for about 3 years for IPL facials and have had amazing results. I love the staff, and the receptionist Yvonne is literally the sweetest person I’ve ever met! So glad I found this place!

I had my first breast reduction surgery two years ago. It was performed by a Dr. Susan Downey in Hollywood. I was unhappy with her work from the moment I saw my new, smaller chest. I was 34 DDD/​F and she took me down to a DD (at least in one breast), removing the insurance required amount of tissue, far less then what I asked for. She told me that there was no way I could go to a C-​cup like I wanted because of my anatomy. Although I am 5’8″ and relatively slim, she saw this as some kind of physical impossibility and suggested I aim for something bigger. So for two years I lived with it. Not only were my breasts too big and uneven, the shape was weird. They were boxy and dog-​eared where the stitches had healed wrong. After surgery my incisions developed wounds that would ooze (sorry for the graphic description) and the scarring was terrible. ¼ inch red lines down the center and big white circles around my areola. Suffice to say I became very self conscious. My intimate life suffered and I felt scarred and unhappy. Then, my lovely GP, Dr. Marjan Banonni, referred me to Dr. Sayah for a consultation. All I can say is that everything, EVERYTHING, from my consult to now, three weeks post-​op, has been a genuine pleasure. Not only is Dr. Sayah kind and compassionate, but he is a true artist. He saw what I saw when he looked at my breasts and knew just what to do. He offered me three options. Liposuction to even them out, cosmetic repair to fix the problems present while essentially leaving the breasts I had, or an overall redo. I felt in such good hands that I booked my surgery, I decided to have them totally redone. In my pre-​op appt., I voiced my concerns to Dr. Sayah. Would he be able to make me a C-​cup? Would they be even? Not scarred? He explained that he could control the volume and the length of the breast but not the width. How a woman’s breast is spread across her chest is pretty much set, but he would do his best to give me what I wanted – and the scars would be pencil thin. He suggested I send photos of what I was after so he could work from them. I decided to send him some Helmut Newton photographs. His models have these perky, beautiful, shapely breasts I decided to aim high! Dr. Sayah loved the photos, as a sculptor of bodies they seemed to inspire him. As he was marking me for surgery he had the look of an artist regarding his canvas, or lump of clay as it were. During the marking we also discovered that my prior surgeon had my nipples off by 3 cm! I always knew they were off but I was clearly in denial as to how much. The surgery went smooth as silk. The operating room is in the same building as his office so it’s all very self-​contained and lovely, very Beverly Hills. The nurses, the anesthesiologist, all women, all sweet, made me feel calm and comfortable. When I woke up from surgery, sore and out of it, I was greeted by smiling faces bearing opiates. I realize I may have hallucinated this part, but I’m pretty sure that Jake Gyllenhaal escorted my boyfriend and I down to my car… Another notable detail, Dr. Sayah makes himself available to his patients ²⁴⁄₇. When I stopped the opiates I had intense itching and freaked out a little. It was early Saturday morning and he picked up after one ring. No answering service or hoops to jump through, just your doctor available when you need him. That brings me to his amazing support staff. Yvonne in reception, Jessie his knowledgable surgical consultant, everyone there — is it weird to say that I’ll kind of miss them? To sum up, it’s three weeks post surgery and my boobs look AMAZING. Even with fresh surgical scars they are leagues above where they were. They are even, perfectly shaped, a C-​cup, and weirdly, I feel like I have more sensation in my nipples than before, so that’s an added bonus! I cannot recommend Dr. Sayah and his staff more!

I’m definitely not a tough cookie, I am a complete cry baby. Whenever I go to dr David, and get an injection, I start crying, he probably thinks that I’m crazy. No matter what I go through, I LOVE his work! His results are amazing! He is very honest! He would not just take your money and do all the treatments you are asking for, he would just do whatever you «need» not «want». His stuff are super cool! Ivan is the receptionist, very welcoming, she would call hundred times to ask how the patients are doing. (That’s very genuine), also Jessie is the office manager who needs to be recognized with her standing out, great attitude.

Free 2 hour parking directly across the street. Friendly staff. Yvonne is so sweet! Professionals. Definitely recommend Dr. Sayah for any type of laser treatment or even cosmetic surgery!

Dr. Sayah is a kind, professional and knowledgeable physician. You are greeted by Yvonne as you enter– and the office is nice and clean. Krista and Jessie are super helpful and sweet and the rest of the staff is courteous. Will definitely return.

If you ever have a fracture — go to ER! Don’t waste your time and money with this office.
They trying to act nice, but actually very careless and unprofessional for a medical field.
For initial consultation I brought a report, but was never mentioned to get films as well. I went to «Motion Picture» health center, got CD, delivered. Several days later I’ve got a call saying that disc can’t be open due to the difference in computer system, but got a promise that IT person will find a way to open it and DR will call me to discuss. A week later, I am getting a call with request to sign a release to print my films and have it mailed. Instead of correct e-​mail, Jennifer provided me a web page address. I had to call back, get the correct e-​mail and forwarded it within 15 min.
Another week later I am receiving a call from Jennifer asking me to have another x-​ray done.
Why? Because I never sent them my release! I had to mention that I do have a confirmation on them receiving it. Silence. No apologies or explanations, she never even bothered to do a follow-​up on it! So I went to have another xray done with a different facility, had an urgent prelim report faxed upfront of me. Then I called Drs. Sayah office to schedule another visit, I was told they never got a report! Finally, came for a second visit, it turned out I need a surgery worth of $ 6500 in a private surgical center. But I was more interested in Cedars, because Its only 10 min away from me. Surgical coordinator reassured me getting those estimates in a very same day. Still waiting for those!!! The last drop was then I asked for an extra finger brace, she wanted me to pay $ 25 ! I had to go to CVS and the price was $ 6.75 for 2! I just hope that once in a lifetime all those people will get same awful careless rip-​off service they provided and realize how it feels! Especially for a person who recently underwent 3 radical spinal surgeries, constantly in severe pain and hardly mobile!

I’ve never been to a Doctor’s office where I feel so welcome. The staff is so nice and Yvonne always greats me by name and with a warm smile. Doctor Sayah is incredible. I came to him to have a cancerous mole removed from my cheek. It was in a very conspicuous part of my face so I was concerned about scarring. Dr. Sayah assured me he would do his best to leave as minimal scar as possible. The procedure itself was painless and Dr. Sayah’s caring attitude and kind demeanor was very calming. The result is amazing, the tiny scar is almost invisible and when I tell people I had surgery on my face they can’t believe it. Months later I went back to Dr. Sayah to have another mole removed and had the same exceptional experience. I would highly recommend Dr. Sayah for his kindness, professionalism and incredible skill.

Dr Sayah is honest, caring and is a fantasatic plastic surgeon. His staff is professional and very attentive.

He is wonderful and natural results. Very nice, extremely responsible. Yvonne at the office even called me monday morning to see how i was doing. Excellence all the way. Couldnt have asked for more beautiful and amazing results, and I feel great.

Between us girls we call it ‘the happiest place on earth’. Yvonne, Dr. Sayah’s concierge, is divine; creating a warm and welcoming reception. ‘The doctor will see you now’ are the sweetest when coming from her lips. Dr. Sayah is a great listener so don’t be afraid to tell him your concerns or ask questions. Do what makes you happy and he will guide you through your procedures.

Did a really good job on my filler and correcting my previous experience elsewhere’s mistake!

I recently had my tummy tuck performed by Dr. Sayah and I am happy, satisfied and amazed by his work. Dr. Sayah really takes his time in explaining the procedures and expectations, he is professional, kind, meticulous and a true artist; beautiful work. I am beyond satisfied with my scar and how quickly I am healing. The first 3 days were rough however, Dr. Sayah and his staff were very comforting and took the time to care for me. The day of my procedure, I was very nervous but Dr. Sayah made me feel at ease. I am very thankful to Dr. Sayah and his team for seeing me through this very personal life changing event. I am a weight loss patient who had lost 90 lbs. I had excessive excess skin in all areas of my body. Dr. Sayah has been very graceful in addressing all of the areas. I have worked with him for the last year and he has done an amazing job restoring the body that I originally ruined. He has done a breast reduction, brachioplasty, inner thigh lift, outer thigh lift, tummy tuck, upper back lift, and lower back lift. It hasn’t been easy but Dr. Sayah provides a sense of comfort along with his great work. I go in for my 6^th and final surgery tomorrow and it is a bitter sweet moment. I don’t anticipate wanting any additional surgeries but if I changed my mind there is no question that I would seek Dr. Sayah’s services. I was referred to him by a friend and have referred two other people who have been very happy with their results.
Administration services may occasionally come with a challenge but Dr. Sayah’s results are completely worth it!

Dr Sayah is an incredible surgeon and I’m so thankful that I found him. Every aspect of my experience with him from my first consultation through my one month post op visit has been excellent. His office is gorgeous, clean and comfortable. His staff are ALL friendly and helpful (shocking for LA) and he is not only a talented surgeon– but an absolute gem of a man.
I needed a breast revision surgery due to a deflated implant and a past botched breast augmentation from a surgeon in FL. He met with me 4 different times to discuss how he planned to correct the damage and to make sure he understood my desired results for size, shape, slope, etc. Dr. Sayah listened very carefully to every one of my requests and I ended up with the most beautiful, soft, perfect breasts that I’ve dreamed about for the past 10 years (since I had my botched surgery). They look so natural (yet perky) that people who don’t know me assume that they are real! I could not be happier. In addition to my new breasts, I feel like my husband and I have gained a new friend. Dr. Sayah was so kind, patient, and genuinely caring throughout the entire process. He has exceeded all of my expectations.
I also wanted to note that I am terrified of going under general anesthesia and having surgery in general. But Dr. Sayah’s anesthesiologist and OR were a dream! The anesthesiologist took her time to speak with me about my fears, history, health background and we agreed on a very light approach — I’m not exactly sure what she did– but I woke up feeling great and I didn’t feel out of it or sleep the entire day after surgery — like I have done in the past. And his OR isn’t the usual scary, fluorescent lights, tiled floored, huge room with a ton of medical equipment like all the other OR’s I’ve seen. I can’t really describe what I liked so much about it — but It was cozy with natural light and put me at ease as soon as I walked in. It seemed like a perfect place to take a nap:)
If you are on the fence about whether or not to have surgery with Dr. Sayah– I hope this pushes you to go for it. I’m so happy I chose him and I know you will be too. He deserves way more than 5 stars in my book!

I really must say that Dr. David Sayah is a remarkable doctor in every way.
My son had an emergency infection in his hands; I took him to the dr, and they wanted him to see a specialist, but it was 3pm on a Friday and no one had an opening… except for Dr. Sayah. Dr. Sayah had already left, but CAME BACK to the office to see my son. He explained calmly and patiently to my freaked-​out teenager that hand infections are very serious and why, and explained exactly what he was going to do. He gave him an antibiotic (telling him to fill this at the Rite Aid across the street and start it immediately) and said if it hadn’t improved, to call him. It was Yom Kippur starting at sundown and yet he had come back to the office, and even more remarkably, said he would keep his cell phone on for my son.
My son’s infection did not improve, and so, Dr. Sayah then CAME IN ON SUNDAY morning to see my son – I’ve never seen anything like it! Amazing! He gave my son a more powerful antibiotic — and then to our even greater disbelief, came in before his practice opened on Monday morning to perform surgery on my son’s hands. I have never, in all my life, met such a dedicated and outstanding doctor. He also came in every morning that week, before his practice opened, to dress my son’s wounds. He also spoke kindly and with great involvement to our son.
The hands healed almost without a trace of a scar, with complete use of the muscles – no complications at all. As impressive as we found Dr. Sayah to be as a highly skilled surgeon, what really knocked us out was his great kindness, dedication, and unparalleled sense of responsibility to his patients.
The office staff is also very kind, and very attentive; and the offices themselves are lovely.
In sum, I am extremely impressed with Dr. Sayah and am very grateful to him for everything he did to help us and our son.

My review of Dr. Sayah is not from a client perspective, but rather one from an allied health and wellness practitioner. I’ve been a Certified Personal Fitness Trainer for over 25 years and have worked closely with numerous medical professionals. I can say with certainty that Dr. Sayah stands apart from his peers as a medical professional. I met Dr. Sayah in early 2012 through a mutual friend. Quickly we became trusted associates and shared our common beliefs on the importance of quality patient/​client care.
Dr. Sayah would use me a resource to work with prospective patients when determining their readiness for surgical procedures. He believed a patients overall heath should be address and in some cases would postpone or professionally decline procedures if the patient was not optimally prepared for surgery.
If you have the opportunity to consult with Dr. Sayah, you’ll find his manner to be professional, compassionate and most importantly, he will be honest and treat you with the best of care!

Dr. Sayah is an extremely dedicated, professional and talented surgeon.
He has the ability to see G-​D given beauty in people and then perfect things in a very natural way. He has created the best ME possible!
Dr. Sayah has always shown to be very up to date with regards to all medical advancements and procedures; which really made a difference in the way my surgery healed with minimal to no scarring.

Just because you are in Beverly Hills doesn’t mean you are the best! Highly advise you to go elsewhere! I received a referral from my Doctor so I went and had a fatty tumor removed. I was told even though I had a referral that I would need to pay the whole procedure upfront and when the insurance check comes in I will be refunded the money. It has been almost 18 months and i am still fighting to get my check! Jesse who works there keeps giving me the run around and the accountant who would cut the check only works on Tuesdays. I know the insurance has already paid them as I received a notice. I would highly advise anyone to find a more honest office.
