Where should I begin… as we all know, when you are in the market to buy an automobile, there is researching, negotiating and tons of paperwork. I did not want to engage in any of that with a car dealership representative, I reached out to Elite Auto Network to explain exactly what I would like with my budget and the Elite Auto Network team delivered to me exactly what I wanted. My experience with buying a car through Elite Auto Network was exceptional. No haggling or fussing, as a matter of fact, all I had to do was sign on the dotted line. Todd Keith and his team are honest, personable and professional. I enjoyed having them work for me :) I would highly recommend Elite Auto Network to anyone in the market to purchase or lease an automobile.

This review is long over due. Do NOT trust Elite Auto Network! I wish i could give a negative rating. I was looking to buy a mini cooper convertible and contacted Todd after I saw their listing. Seeing all the previous positive reviews, I gained confidence in going through a car purchase with a third party network. The seller remained completely anonymous throughout the process. We got fooled by the good customer service of these guys.
Got the VIN number and checked the auto history which looked clean. To get the vehicle inspected, they have a catch that it has to be within 10 mile radius of where they were located. Got the car inspected from one of their recommended shops in the area and the mechanic gave a positive feedback. We purchased the car from them and drove home happily. They kept assuring the whole time, it is a great car and it had a clean history.

Only a few days later, took the car for second opinion in our area only to find out the shocking fact that the car had been involved in a major accident and there are at least a dozen things that needs to be fixed and half of them needed immediate attention. Our mechanic advised that it is not safe to drive the car without fixing the rear shock replacement, control arm replacement, wheel getting straightened and so on…
We contacted Todd immediately several times over the phone and tried to follow up on several unresponsive emails. He mentioned he would contact the seller and would get their insurance company to fix these issues. But he would never return our calls or emails. At this point, even the accident showed up in the AUTO check history.
Todd never got back to us and we ended up in putting our money to fix the issues.
In addition to this, it took about 4 months to get the vehicle registered on our name. The seller would not provide the needed documents to our bank. As elite network (Keith/​Todd) was mediating between seller and us, it took us many weeks to get the required documents for registration.
Overall, it was a terrible experience for us with Elite auto network. We had to go through emotional distress, lost money, time and dissatisfaction. I would not recommend them to any one. BEWARE!

After working with Elite Auto Network, I can honestly say I will never buy a car through a dealer again. Everyone likes having a brand new car, but calling and haggling with multiple dealers trying to negotiate the best deal can be an uncomfortable and stressful experience to say the least. Selling your old car to a private party or negotiating a trade can also be a big headache.
Thankfully, Todd and Nathan and the folks at Elite Auto Network took good care of us on our two recent acquisitions. Through their connections, they were able to obtain phenomenal deals on the exact cars we wanted. Detailing, advertising, and selling my old car for a good price was also included. No fee was charged until after my old car was sold.

Well everyone, Todd Keith, Nathan, Anthony, and Christine have worked yet another miracle. They pulled me out of two vehicles that were upside down, and got me into a 2014 luxury hybrid. Thats only half of the story, a few years ago I co-​signed for someoneme, and they were late 9 times which really did me a number, and I almost ended up in a Tier 3 status which is next to horrible. Todd leveraged his relationship with the finance division and got me into a Tier 1 status, next to nothing out of pocket, and payment terms less than I was paying on two cars that I really didnt want anymore. Todd and the Elite Team continue to live up to their creed of elevating and uplifting individuals into a mature and edifying lifestyle. I could go on and on about this team of caring professionals, but ill simply say they are God sent soldiers divinely assigned to carry people like me to the next level.

I’ve purchased 4 cars through Elite and it’s been unbelievably easy. What’s been most helpful has been post purchase maintenance, arranging for me to take to dealer, loaners, etc. 2 of my cars were shipped across the country, one was delivered and in my drive way when I arrived from a trip. It’s nice knowing they can handle the stuff that is foreign and frustrating for me. All I can say is, Todd, Noah, Keith, and Matt are life savers!
