Most people call me «Berg». I was raised in Los Angeles and after graduating with a business degree from the University of San Francisco, I moved to the Westside and started my career in real estate.

Real estate is a profession that I embrace and find immensely satisfying. I set the bar high on professionalism and attention to detail and I pride myself on my strong negotiating skills. My goal in each transaction is to keep everything calm and professional while maintaining the highest level of integrity and successfully managing expectations.

Outside of your straight-​forward real estate transactions, I have experience representing receivership estates, bankruptcy sales, trust sales, short sales and bank owned properties.

My wife and I had been looking to buy a duplex with other agents for 3 years without success. 3 YEARS! With a looming deadline (baby on the way), we turned to David on a friend’s recommendation, and he got us into an accepted offer in a matter of weeks. Not only that, but he helped us navigate through the buying process with some extremely difficult sellers.
In the end, we got a property that was even better than we could have hoped for, at the right price, and all before baby arrived! I can not recommend David highly enough. David recently helped me purchase a condo in Westwood. I’m not that familiar with the area, having recently moved from NYC, and he did an amazing job first helping me figure out where I wanted to live. He then deftly assisted me in narrowing down my search and finally to the property that we decided to buy.
We had some major issues with the seller, but every step of the way he stepped in to make sure things kept moving forward. We got a great deal. We are so excited to own our new condo, and can’t wait to move in.
