I never actually got to see the Dr. because his staff was so bad that I ended up walking out. My insurance recently switched me to him and I hadn’t received my new cards yet, so because my old cards didn’t show him as my Dr. the staff refused to see me even though my insurance company was on the phone telling them it was OK. I switched Dr’s immediately. If the staff is that bad I wasn’t taking the chance with the Dr.

I’ve never had a personal physician as uninterested as Dr. James Daniels. See reviews from Tom and Nichol as well. They are spot on with his personality. He doesn’t seem to actually look at any of your previous information prior to your visits. Even seeing him on his recommended follow-ups had me re-explaining my situation as if talking a new doctor EVERY time. It’s clear he’s coasting until retirement and that he has little sympathy for his patients well-being. DONOTGOTOTHISDOCTOR. He just doesn’t do his work. Wasted many hours and dollars of mine. Be warned.

Dr. Daniel has been my primary care physician for over a decade. He has a decent list of referrals, and his choice for my hernia operation was spot on with Dr. Goodstein. PARKINGTIP– Park one block west, on the North South Street or the east west streets which is FREE for two hours or so(read the signs). It’s a two block walk or less.

HATED this place. This guy does absolutely 0 research on you or the last time you visited before he walks in the door. He just wings it. And he does so badly. He’s on his way out. I had lost 40lbs and he was still speaking to me like my cholesterol was too high. And he kept me on an antibiotic of a year longer than I needed to be due to negligence. Finally, the last straw as him referring to the French Quarter in New Orleans as the«Italian Quarter»… seriously. Being someone who’s lived in ‘Nawlins for 10 years… our patient /doctor relationship had to end.

Hi Dr. Daniel Hi. Where’s your chart? I don’t know. You look familiar. Haven’t you been here before? Yes. That was the conversation that I had w/Dr, Daniel today. My doctor for the last 8 years. Granted I haven’t been to his office since 2004. But come on, I’m unforgettable! He’s a cool guy. He’s got the OG comb-over and pimp swagger. He’s always ready to write me a prescription and tell me that I need to lose weight. When I was in the hospital suffering from an asthma attack he yelled at the staff and made them give me a private room. My only real complaint about the location of his office is that the parking is $ 1.50 for every 15 minutes. I had to pay $ 4.50 today. His office is also located just a block away from the famous Robertson strip where the Ivy and Kitson are located. I was really hoping Britney was roaming the streets or having a break down today but it didn’t happen.
