Unfortunately, I did not have the opportunity to taste Chef Sevak’s food. However, during the research phases for a birthday party, Chef Sevak was very responsive and easy to work with. He responds promptly to emails and asks thorough questions in preparation for the event. When I let him know that we decided to cook food ourselves rather than cater, he was very understanding! I look forward to working with him the next chance I get!

Here is a young and upcoming chef with panache and sophisticated taste for the culinary arts. We had a Whisky Tasting event over a month ago that Chef Sevak catered. It was a very successful, lovely event, but the highlight was the food! Sevak was able to come up with an array of appetizers to pair with the whisky and kept the Scottish theme with Haute Cuisine upgrades — Whisky infused pulled pork barbeque sliders; Herring skewers with purple basil, pickle, caraway, & chili; Smoked Salmon, chive, creamed tomato gazpacho crostinis, and many other tasty treats. He even had Scottish deserts creations for us. I will post pictures for you to see.

My wife and I were at an event last night where Chef Sevak used the on-site kitchen to prepare an amazing assortment of delectable food. We were impressed by this young chef’s ability to create such an array of mature flavors. Each bite had unique character and layers of depth. We’ll definitely hiring him for our next catered event!

I was a guest of an amazing dinner party. I never have a problem posting a complaint on Unilocal.This is a pleasure to post a wonderful review that is most deserved. The food was beyond my expectation and I have personally hosted several dinner parties, none as good as this one. If you need someone to help or plan or prepare your most perfect meal, you have found the Chef to do it for you. He was wonderful and his staff were equally as outstanding. Enjoy

I was a guest at a recent anniversary party and Chef Iskandarian used the home kitchen so that everything in the 4 course meal would be freshly made. With his two assistants, he prepared hors d’oeuvres which were delicious and original including preparing gluten free versions for those who needed that service. The meal was first class. As a financial adviser to the host, I had the opportunity to write the contract and my opinion is that this was excellent value for money.

My husband and I just hosted an event at our home with close friends and family of 35! Chef Iskandarian was AMAZING from the very beginning! Not only did he understand what the evening meant to us but he was able to make sure that the entire meal was wheat free for me. I was impressed from our initial meeting because he took the time to ask me questions about our event to make sure that every detail was perfect. Once dinner started and our guests took their very first bit eyes were rolling in bliss and that was just the appetizer! The main meal was chicken and it was served perfectly hot and MOST !!! We were all amazed«how did he do this» 35 perfect chickens! All of the food was organic and not one of my guest felt guilty for eating this meal. Don’t even get me started on the desert he created special for us. It was a flour less dark chocolate cake. The was chocolate hand chosen for us from Belgium with raspberry chocolate sorbet and fresh raspberries with raspberry drizzle!!! Not only did Chef Iskandarian make us the most perfect meal it was an awesome experience to work with him. I not only hired a chef but I made a friend and will most defiantly use him again… Never again will I host a party alone. His food is incredible and I truly mean this! Dianna
