Brows By Courtney

Courtney is the best at doing brows. She truly has the eye for it. i have not ever met anyone who knows how to create an arch or define an arch allowing it to frame your face in the most flattering and natural way that matches you.
I am sadly allergic to waxing, because my skin is super sensitive, but Courtney accommodates it by tweezing. I always feel so bad as I have pretty bushy brows, but she gets it all done making it look like I did get waxed! Now that is precision and skill. (and patience)

I met Courtney awhile back when she used to work at Brow Bar in San Diego. I have to say no one does brows like hers. It’s been years since she’s left and it’s been soo hard to find someone who does an extraordinary job like she does. She’s soo good all the women in my family came to Courtney for her brows. I have to make a trip up to Beverly Hills and come see her to get my brows done soon! Courtney is beautiful inside and out and has a heart of gold and knows eyebrows. I would say she is the best in the industry!

I would love to give 5+ stars for Courtney if I could! My eyebrows were stuck in the terrible 90s thin brow fad until 8 years ago when I found Courtney who tastefully suggested I grow them out in order to get a better shape. Thank goodness she did because when I look at previous pictures I am shocked by how terrible they had looked. Now my brows are more full and well shaped and I even get compliments on them! I have also suggested family/​friends to visit Courtney and all have been pleased with the results they received as well as the customer service and professionalism that she demonstrated. She makes you feel like a valued customer and a friend. Even though I live in San Diego and she is now in Beverly Hills, I will not let anyone else touch my brows, it’s worth the trek! I highly recommend Courtney to anyone who needs a little brow update or upkeep.

I met Courtney a couple years ago, and have been loyal to her ever since. I will not go to anyone else to have my eyebrows done. I used to drive all the way from Arizona to have her wax my brows, she is that amazing. She is super sweet and professional, I always leave with my brows looking their best. I highly recommend her, she will always have me as a loyal client, I don’t dare go to anyone else.

It is so nice to see Courtney on here with her own profile now! I met Courtney about two years ago at Anastasia in Irvine, in Nordstrom. If you are interested, you can check out my review there. I essentially said she is the only reason that I go to the shopping center or Nordstrom (that location) at all.
Prior to meeting Courtney, I was working with a specialist at Anastasia in Times Square, where I live part of the year. I thought it would be impossible to find someone as good as the person I was using there, but found I was spending more and more time in California and it wasn’t feasible to go back to my other home just for eyebrows and hair. Even though I wanted to.
Then I met Courtney. Wow. She immediately offered suggestions on how I could improve what I thought was already pretty good. Doing work in television, I was very concerned about anyone making suggestions that were different than I had heard in the past and had worked for me.
She suggested that I stop doing self maintenance until different sections could grow in. She didn’t try to sell me on Anastasia product, but was very skilled with makeup and the beauty industry as well. I believe she’s an awesome aesthetician. We always chatted about new products from different companies and she wants the best for her client, not a specific company.
Over time, she gained my trust and I consider her a friend. While she would use the «template», she really has an eye for shaping. She knew what was best for my face and even adapted to my various hair colors (I think six in one year). I am pretty sure she was able to just eyeball what needed to be done. She is truly remarkable, skilled, caring, funny, endearing and patient.
In February 2014, she left and went to work for a studio in Beverly Hills, which is why I am leaving this review. I live pretty far away, and I’m trying to plan trips into Beverly Hills to see her just for brows. She is that good. I have just been managing myself and had one small touch up by someone else out of desperation and being ill (which was a horrible mistake) since she left, and while I know it’s a long way from orange county, I’m going to do my best to make it in to see her. She is that worth it!
