Business Owner

Jennifer grew up with the nickname The Boss, so it is no surprise she is now running the show as owner of Born to Glow. She began her career in Media Marketing at TBWA Chiat Day/​OMD and quickly worked her way onto one of the country’s biggest accounts, beauty brand Olay-​Regenerist. After spending five years in NY, Jennifer returned to her Los Angeles roots and worked with renowned plastic surgeon, Dr. Robert Rey (Dr. 90 210) and continued developing her beauty business acumen at the Beverly Hills location of Completely Bare Spa. Jennifer’s goal is to help you Glow inside and out.

This was my first experience with spray tanning and Jennifer was recommended through a friend. She is great! she explained everything step by step to me and made me feel very comfortable. I was afraid of going too dark because I had a wedding to be in the next day but the color turned out perfect and I received and continue to receive many compliments on my tan. I highly recommend Jennifer and will definitely be back!

Jennifer is the best!!! She makes you feel so comfortable. I actually had my spray tan done back in July 2012 and I’m using her again. I just had to go on Unilocal and give a review which I rarely do because her service is so fantastic. She comes to your home, sets up her equipment quickly and does a flawless spray tan. Looks amazing and I have super pale skin. I highly recommend her and I will be a repeat customer.

Jennifer gave me the absolute BEST spray tan I’ve ever had, and I’ve had many spray tans in my time! It’s a heated spray tan, which opens up the pores so it will develop faster. I think it made a big difference because it also deters goosebumps, which aren’t exactly conducive to the perfect tanning canvas. She’s mobile, which is super convenient, and was in and out in 30 minutes. (She’s also super nice!) If you have a special event or are a bride living in the LA area, you MUST try Born to Glow. My tan developed in just a few hours, lasted for a week, and is fading nicely. No splotchiness here! There was not even the slightest orange tinge to my color, it was beautifully golden on my super pale Irish skin.
I’ve never really felt compelled to write a Unilocal review before – but I had to here, because I know how hard it is to find a good spray tan and Born to Glow is the best!

I’ve been spray tanning for years and have never been as happy as I am now! Jenny is absolutely amazing! First of all, her spray tan is heated, so no more freezing while getting a tan, and secondly, this is seriously the best, most even tan I’ve ever gotten. The fact that Jenny comes to my house is beyond convenient. I would highly recommend Born to Glow to any and everyone in need of a beautiful color and an overall perfect experience!

I feel like I hit the jackpot with this one.
I had heard a lot of good stuff about airbrush tanning but was nervous about who to go with bc there are sooooo many places in lala land. Then I found Jennifer and praise Allah that i did.
Jennifer is professional, efficient and friendly. She came to my house and within 5 minutes was fully set up with her magical pop tent and gently, evenly spraying my pre-​exfoliated, pale physique until I looked like a golden goddess ready to rock a bikini. Amazing.
She offers specials on her website, which I highly recommend even though her services are fairly affordable without.
So far I’ve had 3 tans with her and mine last about 5 – 6 days bc I don’t exfoliate AFTER the tan (only before). My tan turns out a nice deep bronze and so far I’ve had not streaking and she even does my face lightly. Woowoo! Cannot recommend her enough.

I purchased a voucher through Daily Candy for an in-​home spray tan just before my wedding. Jennifer was able to accommodate me, despite my calling her a few days in advance to see if she had any availability and had no issue with trekking out to Pasadena from Beverly Hills. She was friendly and professional and I was very pleased with the end result!

Amazing concept, service, and results! I was moving to a new house and had a special event to go to in the middle of my busy schedule. I wanted to get a little color (Im like scary pale lol), but didnt have much time. Booked a BTG tan because of the convenience of having them come to my house instead of having to stop and drive somewhere. Everything was fast, friendly, & professional! The tan came out even & I look much skinnier now! Yay! loved it! Will definitely use again!!! Thank you!

OMG! Jennifer of Born to Glow Tanning came to my house today and gave me the most fabulous, customized heated spray tan, it was fabulous! She was totally professional, knew her stuff, offered me two levels of tan with a custom coconut scent, gave me some contouring and the best part is that it was heated and not cold or uncomfortable-​Brilliant! And the color is gorgeous and golden! I will definitely be tanning with BTGT alot more this summer and I highly rec their services. Top Notch!

Jennifer made me feel really comfortable — she was very helpful in picking a perfect color for my complexion. I have done this a few times before and the ankles and wrists are always the tell tale signs that one has had a spray tan and they are literally perfect, no drips bc the spray is heated and soaks in instantly. It was very subtle but gave me an even skin tone for my wedding, without looking very tan which would not have been believable for me. She is quick and very smart and makes decisions with a long term view. She is much more concerned about customer satisfaction than making a quick dollar and approached me as though I was a long-​term customer, even on our first meeting. The tan looked great, it was even and has worn off evenly. I will definitely continue to use Jennifer.

I went to Jenny for a spray recently just to get some more color in the winter. This is really an amazing tanning service. It is different from any other spray tanning I have used in the past. The spray comes out warm, so it is much more comfortable than other freezing cold spray tans. The color was perfect (it looked totally natural) and last for two weeks. Will definitely be a frequent repeat customer.
Also, Jenny is great. Super sweet, accomodating, and professional.
