History

Established in 1975.

Mr. Aminoff has been active in the development, brokerage, management and finance of real estate since 1970. Prior to that he was a financial advisor to real estate investors and real estate developers in his role as a Certified Public Accountant. Mr. Aminoff, through his various entities, has developed, brokered and/​or acquired numerous apartment complexes, office buildings, industrial parks, shopping centers, and condominium projects throughout the United States. He has specialized in the development and management of apartment buildings in Southern California, Utah, Washington and Colorado.

From 1975 to date, Mr. Aminoff and his affiliated entities have acted as investment brokers or advisors for U. S. and off-​shore investors in real estate transactions amounting to more than US$ 2 Billion in value, involving the purchase and sale of investment properties in the USA.

Business Owner

Gary A. Aminoff, C.P.A., is the Founder and President of Aminoff & Co. He has overall responsibility for the brokerage, development, asset management, acquisition and operation of real estate assets for the company. Mr. Aminoff heads up thereal estate investment advisory activities and the commercial and investment brokerage activities of the firm. Mr. Aminoff is also Director of the commercial division (KW Commercial) of Keller Williams Realty International in the Beverly Hills office. Mr. Aminoff heads up the Beverly Hills Multifamily Team at Keller Williams Realty in Beverly Hills, acting as broker for both buyers and sellers of apartment properties in Beverly Hills, Westwood, Brentwood, West Los Angeles, and other areas in Los Angeles.
