In 2003, Dr. Zarrini began practicing pain management in Los Angeles California, building a solid reputation of improving his patients’ quality of life. He opened his first practice in Culver City in 2004, and his newest office in Beverly Hills CA in 2006.

Doctor Behnoush Zarrini has been specializing in pain management for over 10 years. He has a passion for helping his patients live life without being limited by chronic and acute pain.

Dr. Zarrini received his Doctor of Medicine from one of the top medical schools in the world, Tehran University of Medical Sciences. He continued his education through his postgraduate training with several distinguished hospitals such as St. John’s Episcopal Hospital, SUNY Downstate Medical Center, and the Henry Ford Hospital among others.

Office staff is awesome. being in pain is a terrible thing, but the office staff makes you laugh and it helps the pain. I love Issac, he’s going to be a very good Dr. and as much as I pray I won’t need a pain mgmt. Dr. when he does get his degree, I will follow if I am. Dr. Zarrini is very nice, he makes me feel like i am an addict, and that makes me feel very uncomfortable seeing him. I have a laminectomy with fusion Jan 2015, and have been in chronic pain since. Believe me, I wish I hadn’t. He tells me I have to get off 2 – 3 percosets a day? really? I know people who take 5 – 7 a day. It really pisses me off. Other than that, everything is fab. I would recommend this office to a friend

Worst front office staff! I am a Physical therapy clinic manager and I have not been impressed for please with this office. Myself and a nurse case manager from Anthem Blue Cross have spent a month trying to get a prescription sent over which still has not come. We both call daily and no one ever answers the phone. messages are never returned and the one time we did get a call back, the person we talked to, Alex said they would send the prescription which never happened. The incompetency of this office is mind blowing and I would surely never recommend my patients to this establishment. The front office is the heartbeat of a business and this one is on life support.

Totally incompetent. PA lacks moral and ethical fortitude necessary to provide the most basic standard of care. PA ‘s youth and inexperience creates a huge obstacle when trying to communicate patient concerns. He is unable to show empathy and understanding and only wants to hear himself diagnose. (God Complex) PA gives the impression that he is infallible and as a result, he exercises extremely poor judgement. Zarrini should strongly re-​evaluate his decision to allow this guy to work with his patients or find himself under severe scrutiny from the medical community. Level of care appears to be determined by racial and economic factors. If you are not white america with a Beverly Hills zip code, I strongly recommend you not consider this office.

I get the feeling this place really does not give a damn about their patients… I’m still waiting for my initial appointment… No sense of urgency for patients seeking treatment at a pain management clinic… Nice.

Dr Zarrini has been a Godsend! My wife and I both see him regularly and are very happy with him and his entire staff. What always impresses me is Dr Zarrini’s concern for our overall health; whether there is an alternative to drugs to handle the pain, concern for the liver, our weight, etc. He has moved offices a few times, but wherever Dr Zarrini goes, we will follow. His office and staff are both extremely pleasant and professional and we would highly recommend them!

This doctor is a disgrace. He tries to make someone with chronic muscular or skeletal pain take LYRICA. I want to sue the pants off him for trying to question me about where I got my pills from. I really want to go in there and cause him some pain and then tell him he can’t have pain medication at all, HERE IS SOME LYRICA.

I have been going to Dr. Zarrini for a few years now and LOVE him and his staff. They are all polite, helpful, on time and more than accommodating. The pain relief that is given is superb. I recommend this doctor and staff with 5 stars. You will be taken good care of, I promise.

Dr. Zarrini did an exceptional job in taking ALL of my lower back pain away. The previous Dr. From the spine institute actually made my pain worse. Dr. Zarrini knew exactly what my problem was and used the proper equipment to provide the injections. I have been pain free for months and thank God for Dr. Zarrini everyday since my procedure. If you have pain issues go see Dr. Zarrini.

If you have chronic pain, or any significant pain at all, this is NOT the Dr. to see. He is not compassionate, and barely asked me any questions about my pain. He was more concerned with the local kosher restaurant making sure his lunch was blessed by a rabbi. He is a disgrace to doctors. He gives pills to junkies, but someone with a legitimate pain, he dismisses. Please save your money on this visit. He should not be allowed to practice medicine. The mail man would have asked more questions about my pain. Its very sad that a dr cares more about what hes having for lunch than his patients health.

I’ve had some issues with scheduling /​staff but in the end it worked out. Dr. Zarrini is a good guy & a great doctor. He is patient & listens. We’ve worked through the issues from the past staff/​scheduling mishaps & I’m going to remain a loyal patient.
