I guess i’ve seen dr. frank and lilliana (my favorite hygenist) for over 5 years and this is the ONLY dentist in my entire life that does a whole mouth exam every year. they check and measure receding gums, pockets, full set of x-​rays and dr. frank even picks up and moves your tongue to look for cancer. I get in and out on time every time. Digital x-​rays! Overpriced but there is never waiting and my teeth look good. Don makes crowns right there too.

I just had my first visit at Dr. Frank’s office this morning. I was referred to Dr. Frank through a friend and I’m glad I went. Nobody on this planet looks forward to dental work, I am no exception. Dr. Frank and his team made the entire experience as good as it is possible to be — from a warm welcome to making sure I was comfortable every step of the way.
I was particularly impressed that I promptly received my New Patient paperwork prior to the appointment and that my appointment started exactly on-​time.

Update: Had my second visit for a deep cleaning with the dental hygienist. Once again the staff was incredible, kind, and caring. They were careful in their work and made sure that the entire visit was comfortable.

I saw Dr. Frank for almost 10 years, during which time my daughter also saw him or his associate. I never had dental insurance but she did. I thought he was ok, he came highly recommended and seemed to know what he was doing. However, after 10 years of having them file insurance forms & constantly checking to see if they had the proper information for her insurance and never once receiving a reimbursement check I called again to be sure they had the proper information — and they didn’t, or at least this time they told me they didn’t and corrected it and I finally received one after 10 years! The next time I had an appointment, I thought Dr. Frank should know that his office staff had kept me from being reimbursed for 10 years with their sloppy paperwork and record-​keeping as I thought any business owner would want to know — and I told him I was pretty upset at the thousands of dollars I had spent and never been reimbursed for when I had every right to be. He looked at me and in a childish, sing song, sarcastic voice with a weird look on his face he said «well all your teeth are going to fall out in 5 years anyway!» Now, I don’t know where this was coming from but he said it with such a nasty tone I left and asked for my dental records — they gave me one set of X-​rays and nothing written and told me that was 10 years of records, they gave me less for my daughter. I went to have my teeth checked at another dentist because I didn’t know what to think but if all my teeth were going to fall out after 10 years of seeing Dr. Frank it did not speak very highly for his care. Luckily, the other dentist didn’t agree with him and neither did the periodontist — which leaves Dr. Andrew Frank just looking petty, small-​minded, mean, childish, a poor excuse for a man and a dentist I would recommend you stay as far away from as possible. Sure, everything is fine until something goes wrong — and particularly if he is responsible for what goes wrong — just the quality you want in a doctor — right?

Overrated and waaaaayy overpriced. His office is clean, and stacked with the latest technologies. But I was charged $ 600 for ONE filling and another $ 500 for a cleaning. I don’t care if you’re in Beverly Hills, that’s just insane.
Look, I’m not doubting Dr. Frank’s abilities. He seemed to be a nice, talented guy. I just feel he has a network of dentist buddies that feed off eachother’s patients. He’s got his root canal guy, his extraction guy, etc.
Ended up switching to another in the same area. Very glad I made the switch.

The best dentist. Really. I have been going to Dr. Frank for 10 years… and he is such a talented and caring professional. He explains in clear terms, without being condescending… his staff is efficient and focused on you, the patient. Over the years, Dr. Frank’s office has evolved into a real state-​of-​the-​art facility. If you need someone you can trust, make an appointment with his office today.

This office is what you would expect from a dental office, clean and professional. The staff are understanding. They make an effort to be courteous even when I’m late. I’m thankful for that.
The Dentists and/​or Hygenists that clean my teeth are professional and work in a timely manner. They’re not afraid to give advice and answer my questions too.
I am so grateful for this dental office for their speed, efficiency, experience, and level of professionalism.

I have been a patient of Dr. Frank’s for over 20 years and would definitely recommend him. I am always seen on time and the staff and hygienists are wonderful.
