I have not received the stamp that I purchased so this review is based on the user-friendlyness of their website. The website is probably from 2004 and is 11 years old. The website could not handle .png. When customising the stamp, the website shows the possibility to upload an image and compose it manually by typing what you want on each line, selecting the font and font-size. The user should select to either use an image or compose it, no point showing the lengthy form to compose it if you upload an image or the other way around. And why would you annoy clients with having to set contrast and brightness? Can’t the website just process the image that was uploaded? Instead of «text alignment» the form says«justification». Why would anyone use a word that not many clients know? Even when I was asked to do a survey, I was asked how much money my company is making. I was asked how likely I would buy from them again or refer someone. How can I answer that if I just paid and haven’t received the stamp yet? Why aks about the product right after payment? Whoever made this website did not put much thought into it. I wonder how many clients they loose by having such an old, outdated and annoying website.

They are fantastic. I ordered two wooden stamps online and they got the order done and shipped to me in less than 4 days. The stamps looked great too!
