Pampered Pets Salon & Spa

I took a very skittish and shy blue heeler (My baby) to Pampered Pets. I am as critical for anything to do with my dog as I would be with a child. I was a pain and asked to see the process. They were absolutely accommodating. I returned after an hour and they bathed Delilah, I like that they were firm on asking for her documentation as I am leery leaving a pet anywhere that distemper, rabies and whatever the heck else is out there can get to my pets. The shop was clean and organized. I have used various other groomers and know in a second when one has confidence and control. They offered conditioning and a de shedding process. I am amazed at how well this worked and have never had her come out with so little shedding. There were three groomers and the owner actually did mine herself. She is the «dog whisperer» and put miss anxiety at ease which NOONE can do but me. I stayed because I thought there would be an issue but found my girl was hesitant to leave! they treat em like family and for this reason I will not go anywhere else.

This place is a great place to take your pet to be groomed.
The scheduling is flexible enough for me, which is a problem I’ve had at other places. The receptionist was kind, and accommodated to my dogs needs. They even knew what breed my dog was and had a price for grooming, which surprised me as my dog, Milo, is a rare breed.
When my family went to pick him up, he was almost exactly the way I wanted him. The fur on the sides of his face were a little long though, so we sent him back for a few minutes. This place is someplace I would trust with my dog, and I’ll go back there again.

I still stand by my comment that this is a great place, but I wanted to revise some info from my last review.
Their scheduling is not as flexible as some. They do a great job though IF you can make it work with your schedule. They close by four. Weekend appointments are limited. They no longer have a military discount, because they changed owners and that went away.
I recommend, as long as you have a flexible weekday schedule.

I called the TeaGarden and left a mesage and the staff was quick to call me back and set an appointment that was convenient for me. The salon was clean and the staff was very knowledgable. I needed my long haired cat groomed before taking her to California and she has only been groomed once before. There were multiple dogs there and my cat was terrified. The Teagarden team made my cat a priority and took care of her right away so she wouldn’t have to be scared while waiting. They also have a separate room for cats!
When I picked her up she smelled incredible, claws were clipped perfectly without her being traumatized, and she was very calm. If you’re looking for a new groomer stop googling and reading reviews. Call the Teagarden!
