Starbucks

Poor service and rude baristas. I wouldn’t come back here again. I have been here two times and during both occasions, I have encountered bad service.

Staff is very friendly, even at the drive thru. Usually a long wait on the drive thru, make sure you have enough time to wait and get to your final destination on time!

Often a long wait on the drive thru line however, the staff is great! They are skilled at making delicious drinks. It’s a pleasure to be there!

They always make my coffee how I like it!!! Sometimes I ask for extra caramel sometimes it’s better then others but still so good. But their drive thru line is horrible. It’s ALAWAYS SO LONG. Sometimes it’s just easier going inside

I love this Starbucks location. It’s just off of the 135, close to the Bethpage State Parkway & is very close to my job. This location is just behind the BP and has its own spacious parking lot. The drive thru can get pretty busy, but it’s worth the wait. Even on a busy morning, I’ve never had an issue with my order and honestly they make my drinks MUCH better (and consistently better) than the location closer to me. It’s great that they’re open until 11 most nights so I can make it before I go into work at 11PM.

Starbucks locations like this one make it impossible to write off Starbucks as headed the way Dunkin Donuts is. This Starbucks is quite nice. There is a drive-​thru (so important w/​kids in the car, esp if they’re sleeping), and the drive-​thru moves at a decent pace (hi, Wantagh). There is just enough parking, if you want to park and run in instead. If you do that, you’ll frequently get much faster service than waiting on the drive-​thru line (at least, that has been my experience). Others have noted not much seating inside, I’ll agree w/​that.
Two gripes —
One, when cars on the drive-​thru line place themselves so that no one can pass on the right, to get to the lot. Please don’t do this, it’s a jerk move. Starbucks has no control over this, but the people visiting do.
Two, it can be hard to make a left out of the lot. I know, too bad so sad, but hey, what do you want.
(P.S. — it’s also near the Bethpage farm portals. ENLIGHTENED SBux patrons can’t RESIST the visit. If you don’t know what I mean, forget I mentioned it)

this place has a drive through and they are open to 12am
sounds great right… no wrong.
long line at the drive up so we went inside
we ordered hot chocolate
gingerbread tea latte with soy milk
peppermint mocha latte
and iced caramel macchiato
oh boy my daughter took a sip of the hot chocolate and said ewww what is this
ok so one drink is off
nope
I sipped my tea latte (waited for it to cool) EWWW I don’t even know what was in the cup (I think it might have been really burnt coffee)
and the peppermint mocha was brought to Anthony and he said something is wrong with this
go figure what is going on… foolish us didn’t turn around and go back
oddly the iced caramel macchiatto was fine but it was ordered separately
I have no more words this has never happened to me at any Starbucks ever

I come here almost everyday to do my homework after college and the staff here is very friendly and nice. You never have to wait long for your drink.

Just ordered a hot chocolate, paid, and waited INSIDE for 20+ minutes and finally walked out. Meanwhile, all the cars in the drive-​thru happily got their drinks while I waited with nobody in front of me. Terrible. Never again. FYI– This was at 8:45pm on a Sunday.

It’s a Starbucks, but the staff here is very fast, friendly and efficient. If you’re here more than three days in a row they probably already have you and your order memorized. There’s no slack in this squad.

Drive through, woot woooot. Gotta love it. Beyond the ability to stay in your car, this is a pretty standard ‘bucks; good selection of snacks, friendly employees and decent wifi. The only knock here is that there are only about 5 tables to sit at and most are two tops. Did they make the interior smaller to allow for enough room for the drive-​thru? Maybe. But I’d say I hit up the drive-​thru more than I want to do work here, so that’s a win in my book. If you’re in the area and fear leaving your car, do it.

It’s not the most conveniently located for me, there doesn’t seem to be a place to u-​turn when I try to approach the store from Hempstead Turnpike. I like to go into the store to order, but the drive thru is ok to use as well. The staff here seem not be some high schoolers who are barely old enough to drink the coffee, which is awesome, and a few of them seem to be quite knowledgeable baristas. I wish there was more seating and the outside terrace space seems so weird since its right next to the cars going into the drive thru. But overall, I haven’t had bad drinks from here.

I have been to plenty of Starbucks but this one is my favorite because the baristas are so nice and make the drinks perfectly and faster than any other location I’ve been to.

Love my Starbucks! Only problem is that the Pumpkin Latte is my favorite drink and they always do away with it after Fall. It should go all winter! A comfort drink…

This is the best Starbucks EVER! I’ve never been inside (always use the drive thru) but I still say it’s the best. The staff is so friendly and no matter how long the drive-​thru line is, it seems as if I’m never waiting.
I’m always greeted by someone warm and friendly and always drive away in a good mood. There is a guy named Drew and I honestly want to get a job here so Drew can be my coworker! My drinks are always perfect too! A lot of consistency (which you would expect from any Starbucks), but I can honestly say some Starbucks just make my drink different every time… well NOT HERE! I highly recommend this location. Again, I can only speak for the drive-​thru. One day I will venture inside and I’m almost positive my feelings won’t change :-)

My favor Starbucks when near by. Great food options one is the protein box and sugar free syrups for my iced coffee and the Green teas are okay I dont care for the mint in it.

I always come in once or twice a week to get some fraps or macchiatos with my lunch. I usually sit and eat my meals there. The people here are extremely friendly and nice. They never say anything about me eating there haha, even if I do bring a lot of food. Most drink places I go to require a purchase if I want to sit and eat food from somewhere else. This place didn’t! I order drinks each time I went, but I ordered it today after I was done with my food, and they didn’t mind. I really like that about this place.
I also come here for their drive thru and order some drinks for co workers. they’re never annoyed by my big order.

This is one of the busiest Starbucks on Long Island. Most people use the drive thru at this location. When the line for the drive thru gets to long, which happens often, it’s time to purchase your beverage inside. It’s rather small inside. Not the kind of space you can get lost in for several hours. You want to get your coffee and split.
They consistently make good beverages. Friendly staff.

This Starbucks deserves an upgrade to 5 stars — The smallest Starbucks out here on a side block just north of Hempstead Tpk /​West just of Rt 135 —
And its a drive through! and the line was huge /​Christmas eve. and moved nicely. I’ve waited longer in Woodbury and fewer people.
Inside… it went from a sleepy side road store. to as many customers as Syosset and Woodbury. not as many as Plainview. lol
So for a drive through, fast speed, pleasant ladies and odd spot — its deserving of more appreciation.
