Windshield replacement as well as stone chip repair.

We offer both in shop and mobile services, our mobile service is only available in warm weather unless there is a heated facility to work in. This is for your benefit as well as ours. Windshields can not be properly replaced in cold weather.

We also provide side and rear window replacements as well as factory sunroof replacement.

History

Established in 1937.

Gene and Mike Mish are the owners and operators of Mike’s Auto Glass in Bethlehem, PA.

The business was started in 1937 by Michael Mish Sr their father.

He demanded that quality be the primary part of every job and built the business on that principle.

Today quality is still our primary goal and price is secondary. We are not the cheapest and will never be. We are the best and still reasonable with pricing

I recently had a rock that got kicked up on Route 22 shatter my windshield. I had previously had a chip repair done by this shop & was very happy with that job and had met the 2 brothers that own & run this shop. They gave me a great price & did a nice job with the new windshield install. It looks perfect. I got my car back cleaner inside than when I took it in! It seems like an old school type of place, which I really liked, because I am REALLY picky with my cars. They are doing top quality work at a really fair price. They were very nice and worked with my insurance company which made it way easier on me.

I got a quote of $ 380 for my front windshield from safelite. Though safelite offers me a life time warranty, I don’t think I really need it. Mr. Gene at Mike’s Auto Glass gives me a quote of $ 225, so I send my car to this garage in the afternoon. The employees are very helpful and friendly. They finish the job before 5PM the next day. When I pickup my car, I found they only charged me for $ 200 plus tax. They also fixed my damaged hood free of charge. I really appreciate what they do!

Big crack in windshield = Having to shop for prices at auto glass places.
Having to shop for prices at auto glass places = As much fun as a visit to a proctologist who likes removing hemorrhoids with a Dremel.
With this in mind I had to call around to get some quotes and that eventually led me to Mike’s. Locally speaking, Mike’s is kind of like the Paul B. Wood of auto glass.
The customer service over the phone is a bit shall we say lacking (you would get a warmer feeling from having R. Lee Ermey answer the phone) but if you can get past that fopa you will see that these guys are simply all about quality work and a fair price.
The price quoted was the price charged and the work looks great.
They also vacuumed my interior carpets and things were done right around the time I was told they would be.
I hope not to ever need to venture back into the world of auto glass again. But if I do, Mike’s is probably where I’ll start shopping prices first.
