Everyone is always very friendly. Good bar food.
Morning person always makes sure coffee is fresh at any hour!

The room was clean and the front desk very polite. Shuttle service was unacceptable, we waited 40 minutes for a ride back to the hotel
When we called they said a few minutes; called back 6 times til they arrived. I had to chase the van down screaming for them to stop, as the driver continued on. The hotel is up to par. Avoid shuttle if you want to get back in a timely manner.

DO NOT STAY IN ROOM 201. There is a bar attached to the hotel and the party goes well into the night/​early morning hours. If you want sleep request the opposite end, I am not sure why they would put anyone above that noise.

Had to stay here unexpectedly and was very happy and pleased with this hotel. Every staff member was very courteous and friendly, the rooms were clean, and actually a decent size, beds were extremely comfortable, and the continental breakfast was nice too. I found everything to be very affordable too, especially for a hotel. I really like the little shop they had that had things like candy, sodas, and even some microwavable foods too. I’d highly recommend this place and would definitely stay here again.

New Year’s Eve at the comfort suites university. Wowsers. I had a fun time actually at the lounge even though the crowd was a bit strange. The bartender was awesome as she gave us pours of high end scotch for $ 5! The hotel itself is nothing to write home about from the grouchy front desk staff to the small rooms but the proximity to sands makes it a decent choice.

We traveled with a University Basketball team and unfortunately lost our game. Being competitive athletes we were very upset and solemn about our loss. As we walked into the motel after our loss the concierge chanted «GO LEHIGH, GO LEHIGH!» The team we lost to moments before. Very disrespectful. You would think that a professional business would respect all levels of competition and athletics.

They don’t have adult movies – I called and asked. They also don’t have the MLB network, which was the next best thing. Now I’m watching identify thief like a fool.

Second stay.
Bathroom needed to be cleaned better-​fan was filthy. Very noisy late at night. Bar personnel were the best. Very nice and efficient. Made drinks the way I wanted them. Front desk staff great-​including the manager. Tried to fix the late night issues not even under his control.
Would still stay here, just on a different floor not so close to people coming and going. Love the friendliness of the staff. Also had a king bed this time. Much better.
First stay
Would have preferred a queen or king bed-​not two doubles. Housekeeper Jodi was great. Front desk staff was great. Great breakfast bar. Shuttle service was great– did not have to worry about transportation. Would stay again.

Very nice hotel for the budget price, and they accept pets. Good central Lehigh Valley location.

Overall, the hotel décor and set up is nice. The rooms are large and comfortable. The location is extremely convenient in Downtown Bethlehem and a lot of things are within walking distance. TVs in the room are gorgeous complete with HD Cable. The bar in the lobby was nice, however they close much too early (9pm). Unfortunately, that is where the good things end.
It’s not that Comfort Suites did anything wrong, it’s just a lot of little things that have combined to make the stay uncomfortable and inconvenient. The WiFi internet was dreadfully slow and the front desk asserted that they had the ‘Fastest Speed Possible.’ The toiletries and towels were sub-​par. The shower was too short with a ceiling at 6.5′ and the shower head at 5′ (much to short for those of us over 6ft in height). The exercise room was the only ‘amenity’ but the equipment was outdated and sparse.
Overall, I would avoid this hotel and go elsewhere.

Hate the 150.00 mandatory cash no-​smoke policy. Had to pay or couldn’t check in. (Cash paying customers only)
Ya get it back when you leave, but they basically call you a criminal when you walk in the door. So… I stole the TV.

Rooms definitely need updating, mine was adorned with fabric borders and pale yellow wallpaper.
Top it off with cheap toiletries items and paper thin towels, you would think this was a budget hotel. … Wait it is!
Definitely worth the 115 – 125 per night if your just staying a day and getting the heck outa dodge.
In room fridge and microwave top off the list of (amenities) except my fridge sounded like it had two raccoons fighting in it all night.

POOR INTERNET! Regardless of whether your using WIFI or LAN the connection is horrible. I have stayed here off and on for several months now and they refuse to correct the problem. If you don’t care about internet access then the hotel is fine. Rooms are fairly clean and the staff is friendly and courteous. It just seems ridiculous in today’s world to not provide this basic service.

This hotel is ultra convenient for going out. Literally surrounded by bars, restaurants from fine dining to ultra casual. It is the closest hotel to Sands Casino except the built in hotel, and much less expensive. Mention the sands casino to get a discount. Regular bus service the 1 mile to the casino for $ 2/​day.
Built 1993, so not brand spanking new, but roomy suites and nice hosts.

I hated how no rooms were available when we arrived at 10am but I realized a lot of places are like that. The front desk guy was really nice about it especially when he saw how upset I was. I had like only 3 hours of sleep so I was cranky!
They didn’t clean my dad’s room. His door was left open and the bed was a mess! The housekeeping fixed that really fast.
Besides the beginning we very much enjoyed our stay. Our rooms were really nice with a couch, microwave, fridge, nice soap, lotion, shampoo, and conditioner.
We utilized the shuttle seeing how we didn’t have car. All the staff was really friendly. They also told us about the Bieber bus. Yes its like Justin Bieber or Jason Bieber whatever his name is.
We liked the complementary breakfast they offer. The wifi really sucks here though.
There really pretty nice public bathrooms here. Very close to the hosptial and lehigh university.

Stayed here to go to the Sands and some other area attractions. The staff was really nice at the front desk. The room was clean. The rate was very reasonable. There is nothing fancy about this place but for a 2.5 star hotel I think it was reasonable. If I do another overnight trip to the Sands I’d definitely stay here again.
The rooms have a microwave and fridge in them as well as a living room area with a couch. They also offer free breakfast in the morning downstairs which I can’t comment on since I wasn’t able to get up and ready to get downstairs early enough. (I am NOT a morning person)

This hotel is not so great. It’s conveniently located for when my friends and I are back visiting Lehigh, because it’s close to all of the bars, so we don’t have to worry about driving. However, the rooms are not very updated and there’s always a weird smell in this hotel. I much preferred the Holiday Inn Express a few miles away. This hotel does offer a free breakfast, which is always nice. It’s decent for what it is, but it’s not a great hotel.
