Vee Horticulture

I can not say enough good things about Vanessa and her amazing crew. I think there is a perfect backyard for everyone that expresses who you are. When there’s two of you (like in a marriage) that can be a little more complicated. Vanessa, with her incredible knowledge of plants, gorgeous aesthetic and amazing intuition, was able to tease out that perfect garden and bring it to life. We are completely over the moon with the results.
She has taken what was basically a dog bathroom (with some attempts over the years at landscaping) and turned it into paradise. Seriously. Everyday we can’t wait to get out into the garden and just marvel.
Even more amazing, the work experience was just great. The whole job took a half week less than originally quoted. The crew was friendly, incredibly hard working and careful, cleaning up at the end of each day. Everything with the budget was right on point. And Vanessa was happy to entertain any questions or concerns we had along the way so the whole process felt very collaborative.

I used to work for a contractor that installed several landscape designers work, and I have to say that Vee is the best! Not only is she an amazing designer, but her knowledge of plants is unsurpassed. She’s does incredible drought-​resistant gardens and living walls too. She’s got integrity and a real love of her work… I can’t wait to win the lottery so she can do a garden for me.
