Jason is a certified Relax and Renew® Trainer and stress reduction

specialist who will work with you to assess your stress levels, locate

and describe your triggers for negative stress reactions, and create a

unique plan of action using simple to learn mind-​body techniques.

History

Established in 2011.

Jason Emanuel Britton has been teaching stress reduction yoga courses at UC Berkeley for several years in the Physical Education Program and through the Health Matters Program at the Tang Center.

Stress Reduction Coaching was developed to allow Mr. Britton to work with clients on an individual basis so that they can experience the enormous benefits of the deep relaxation training.

Business Owner

Enthusiastic and professional creative and performing arts educator with a passion for dance, fitness, and mind-​body wellness and 20 years experience teaching a variety of courses including: active hatha yoga, gentle/​restorative yoga, technique and performance of dance, jazz, modern, ballet, choreography and improvisation, baroque ballet in society. Proven ability to teach students with no experience while building expertise, as well as those who have a strong movement background and may be seeking a career in dance/​performance, or who wish to become a choreographer. Knowledgeable about the science behind movement; able to demonstrate and provide explanation for the various dance steps and techniques, and to advise students on prevention of injury while dancing.
