Stew and his whole team at RPM were so helpful and extremely responsive from the first day we walked in the door saying «Uhh…we…think we want to start looking to buy a house… how does this all work?» up until the day we closed. Stew, specifically, seems to have a real passion for this type of work and was always willing to explain things (sometimes a couple different times) and work through different loan scenarios with us.
RPM Mortgage was recommended to us by a friend who was adamant that who you use as a mortgage broker when buying a house, particularly in this bonkers housing market, really matters and can even make a real difference in the strength of your offers. As a complete novice I just sort of took my friend’s word for it, but now I think I get it. Stew and RPM put in the work ahead of time so that their name has become respected in this area in a way that walking in off the street into a Wells Fargo will never be.

Stew and team provided great service and a great experience, simplifying and taking much of the stress out of our home purchase. We made multiple offers and had to consult stew at odd hours, or with almost no time to delay, and Stew came through every time. I cannot image going through the process with anyone else, will definitely be a return customer if the need ever arises!

The whole pre-​approval, approval, and funding process went swimmingly. With Stew’s help we were able to get pre-​approved and waive our loan & appraisal contingencies. This really helped make our offers more enticing to sellers. During the final approval and funding process, Stew & his team were so awesome that we ended up closing early! There were over 100 e-​mails back and forth between us in the 2.5 weeks leading up to loan funding and we always got a quick response.
