For over three decades at Red Oak Realty, Sara has helped countless individuals untangle and overcome the complexities of non-​conforming transactions and unusual properties. Her expertise includes live/​work lofts, mixed-​use projects, single family residences, and multi-​unit buildings. She has worked with award-​winning architects and developers as well as singles and families looking for the perfect home. Starting her studies at UC Santa Barbara, Sara spent 2 years abroad. She returned to complete a BA in French and begin her career as a realtor. When not engaged in real estate, Sara can be found adjusting to life as an empty nester, having spent many years as sports reporter for her son’s Little League team and cheering him on at paintball tournaments. She has also been a committee member of the Albany YMCA, a volunteer writing coach at AHS, and treasurer of the Armenian Women’s Archive.
