I know it’s not always the first instinct to call a travel agency these days when booking travel. For domestic easy stuff, I generally go online. However, I cannot say enough good things about this agency, Leslie specifically. I have called Leslie for my international travel needs for the past 5 or 6 years, and she has been easy to work with, very service oriented, and extremely responsive. I came to appreciate Leslie even more over this past weekend — my husband and I had to cancel our European trip at the very last minute, right before we boarded our flight, due to a medical emergency. She not only called the airline and helped us through the refund process but also helped us sort out a couple other things we thought would be a mess.
