My Heart Watch came about after years of struggling with high cholesterol. After making changes to my diet only, I was able to reduce my cholesterol from 263 to 147 in 57 days. Initially, I changed my diet and would exercise everyday. But every time I would go back into my doctor to get my cholesterol checked, the results were very high and I was told that with the history of heart disease in my family, without statins I would be at a high risk of having a heart attack.
