Established in 2002.

Morell’s Bread was founded in 2002 by Eduardo Morell and Tamsen Fynn. We set out to create delicious, nutrient dense, organic, and all around wonderful breads and scones. Starting in the Marin Headlands, our business grew steadily and acquired many fervently loyal followers at the Berkeley Farmers’ market where we exclusively sold our bread. With our move to Berkeley in the Autumn of 2013, we achieved our goal of being a hyper local business — living, working, and distributing in our amazing East Bay community. It has proven quite successful for our business and family. We are baking more bread and more scones and are keeping it sustainable and fun!

Please visit sand get some incredible bread at the Berkeley Farmers’ markets on Thursdays in North Berkeley on Shattuck at Rose, and on Saturdays in Downtown Berkeley on Center St. b/​w Milvia and MLK.
