Midline Rolfing

Experience was incredible! Super comfortable, I’ve never had rolfing before Kaytlyn and as long as I am in the bay I feel hella lucky to’ve found her right off the bat. I have had a traumatic brain injury and she has realigned my motor activity like nothing else. I have had a couple sessions and I am excited by how rolfing has saved me from horrible knees further down the road!

Kaytlyn is AMAZING! My session was pretty intense and she had great communication throughout and really targeted important areas. One of the best bodywork sessions I’ve ever had. I’ve already made a second appointment!

I am a massage therapist, I teach massage and I’ve managed massage therapy rooms and spas for the past dozen years or so and I’ve had many, many people work on me, and many types of bodywork.
Kaytlyn is awesome. Lovely presence, touch, slow, deep, intuitive. Unwound my injured forearms, changed my structure, with just one session. And we just got to the upper body. I’m sooo looking forward to future sessions.
Deep tissue normally hurts me, I feel like a train wreck the next day (I have a small frame and I normally do not like deep work). Rolfing with Kaytlyn? Hell yes! Exquisite pain. What a wonderful surprise!

Kaytlyn, is an amazing healer! I have had quite a bit of body work over the past ten years for neck and joint challenges. My experience with Kaytlyn is like no other healer and I now have areas of movement where I thought I had lost for ever more! I have recommended her to everyone in my family that I know would benefit! Fluid is the word!

The most freeing, lightening body work experience I have found! The pressure can be intense during the session, but it was just what my body needed, and afterward I felt like a new person. Kaytlyn was excellent at reading my body and staying in tune with what I needed and how much I could handle. This was definitely one of those times when I didn’t realize how much tension my muscles were carrying until it was gone, or how much energy I was wasting on maintaining the tension. When I am starting to feel fatigue (sitting at a desk and staring at a screen is a big part of my life right now,) I know it is time to book a visit with her again. Go free up some energy!

a very healing touch, but a little too soft more my taste. i prefer a rolfer who really gets in there for deeper tissue. also, the space was hard to find parking. she was very nice though.

Kaytlyn is amazing! She helped me get back to running after suffering from some back problems that literally had me unable walk or sit. I can feel the difference in my spine when I do yoga or run and my posture has improved!

Fantastic. After doing a groupon for a session with her I became convinced that I need more. Total restoration…

Wow. I concur with other reviewers (I’m not a friend or relation of Kaytlin’s, honest!) — she is *good*. I walked home and two people said I looked beautiful… I wasn’t looking too hot when I walked in, lol. I don’t have any particular injuries but certain areas are always tight. Kaytlin opened up my ribs, thoracic region, neck, it felt divine, and I can move more fluidly.

Okay people, listen up! Kaytlyn, is the BOMB! I have fallen asleep which says a lot about a Rolper, repeat Rolfer! HaHa! She can help your body align without having the pain that Rolfing is associated with and you’ll feel immediate results, it’s amazing!

Kaytlyn is a great mix of anatomical understanding of the body with an intuitive sensing of what the body needs to unwind. She also has the ability to be strong when necessary but has the sensitivity to know that most often it’s not. Kaytlyn has worked on my body a number of times. I myself am a body worker with a focus on Pilates strengthening and functional ability. We are able to talk about body issues in depth, her knowledge of anatomy and of her practice are very deep.
Kaytlyn is incredibly intuitive and in touch with what I was experiencing as she worked. I was never in pain or uncomfortable. She listens to what her clients feel, need, and want and works with their goals.
I left with a balanced open feeling throughout my body and was very relaxed.

I had heard so much about rolfing, that I was so grateful when Kaytlyn came into my life and I was able to experience this healing modality.
