Established in 2008.

Monica and Kerri came together in 2008 with the goal of helping families/​individuals avoid foreclosure. Little did we know back then that we would become Northern California’s #1 short sale team. We assist homeowners in avoiding foreclosure as well as teach and coach other agents in how to successfully manage and close short sales.

Kerri works as a real estate professional because she has a genuine passion for real estate and for assisting people who are in the midst of an extremely important and intricate process. In the course of her many years of real estate investment experience, she has consulted hundreds of friends and clients, attended many seminars on real estate investment and practice, and knows the homes of the East Bay intimately. Her unique combination of experience and education provides a working knowledge of how it feels to be on both sides of the table. She works to share her expertise with each client to make their home buying and/​or selling process as painless as possible. Kerri was asked to be on the ALC Agent Leadership committee at her office, an honor only the top 10% of agents in Better Homes and Gardens hold. In 2012, Kerri is ranked #5 top producer in Berkeley’s #1 Real Estate Sales Office. Finally Kerri is a certified Pre-​Foreclosure Specialist and has expertise in Shortsales.
