Responsible, dependable, informative, thourogh, respectful the list goes on. I always felt safe and secure as Jimmy helped me navigate a pretty hot market. It took awhile but I found a home at a good price and Jimmy was a great help in the process. If I could I would give him 6 stars as he went above and beyond.

My partner and I were terrified first-​time homebuyers during the summer and fall of 2013. We were referred to Jimmy Reina at Red Oak Realty and almost instantly knew we were in great hands. Our first meeting was 2 ½ hours long, because Jimmy wasn’t going to leave until he’d explained everything and answered all our questions — clearly, patiently, thoroughly, and with a constant focus on our goals.

When we found the right place, he did an amazing job of counseling us through an offer, a counteroffer, our counter to that, and our final offer (significantly lowered on inspectors’ evidence that he helped us acquire) and on to a successful close.
Jimmy works with Red Oak Realty, which has connections to very competitive mortgage broker services that we used and were happy with. Working with their resources results in a quick and undramatic close, which may be your advantage if you’re competing with other buyers.
Working with Jimmy didn’t completely eliminate our anxiety during the biggest financial decision of our lives. But it placed it in the best possible context: You ought to be anxious, and you’re supposed to have the best possible counsel to help you make the best big decisions.
