Awful. John first ignored the project for a week, then rushed along a test with completely wrong colors. He produced another test sew-​out with better colors, but it looked crooked and very far off the provided design. He then refused to correct it and demanded more money and payment in cash. Extremely unprofessional. This may be (barely) adequate for birthday parties and simple gifts, but do not expect quality here.

I recently had the opportunity to work with John at Fab Inc again on a major project. I was in launching a new business venture and needed some branding work done. I also needed a logo designed. John was patient and helpful through the process. I didn’t know exactly what I wanted but he was able to guide me through the process and we developed the companies identity together. The resulting logo was exactly what I wanted and set me on a direction of setting the visual style and branding of the entire business. In addition, Fab Inc did business cards, shirts and other print materials for the business. All were of high quality and completed on schedule. A very satisfied customer who will be back again.

I was was sent to this company by another embroidery company because I only had a few shirts to have embroider. I had my logo on a disk and still it didn’t turn out like the image I supplied. The letter are crooked. I showed the shirts to John, the owner and his reply is it must be the fabric? Really?
Nothing was offered to to correct the problem. I ended up paying and leaving feeling I just waisted $ 200 on shirts and $ 100 on crooked embroidery.

Thank you Fabmation! I bought some nice plush robes for my two pre-​teen boys. I wanted to have them monogramed with their initials. John the owner suggested a few fonts for me and contrasting colors. The finished product was beautiful and my boys loved them. John was great to work with and welcomed the small order. I will definitely use Fabmation in the future!

I used Fabmation to order T-​shirts for my husband’s 35th birthday party. The quality was great and the price was even better. John, the owner, is very helpful and had great ideas and helped me design the logo and suggest placement on the shirts.
The shirts were a hit at the party and I still see people wearing them proudly every so often.
