History
Established in 2008.
I started with a small class 5 – 10 students and today I still have small classes.
Sunday mornings I usually have around 6 – 8 students which can includes adults sometimes and the possibility of young kids as well. The regulars are jr high and high school– way brainier than I. The young stimulate the older ones and the older ones help the younger ones. My approach is to show anatomy, talk about science and involve the class in social justice when the moment is right. The majority of the time is devoted to drawing. It has taken me many years to learn the significance of practice and repetition and that is my main lesson. I provide a environment where one can see my studio and projects. Each artists takes something they made home at the end of class.
