With our main office in Sacramento, CA, the partners decided it was time to expand by offering our bankruptcy, business, and immigration services to the East Bay community. We’ve had an office in downtown Berkeley since January 15, 2014, and have been warmly welcomed. We’re excited to become more involved and develop deeper roots in the community.

I hired Peter Kyung to handle my green card case. I realized that my case was difficult so I hired Peter, but he handled my case professionally and efficiently. In the end, I got my GREEN CARD in 3 Months in 2012 and after that I got a job and started working at a major Tech company in Silicon Valley.
Currently, I have to remove the condition on my permanent resident status soon, so I have hired Peter again to do my work. It is easy working with him because he responds to me very quickly (sometimes within a minute of sending him messages). I am confident we will be successful again.
I strongly recommend him to anyone who wants an immigration lawyer who makes the process fast and easy. I am personally thankful for Peter to make my dream being true in Silicon Valley.

I am so thankful that C&K was able to obtain the result I needed on two separate legal issues. First, I was in a dispute for a long time and the other party would not comply with my demands. After so many failed attempts, I had to take legal action with Carson & Kyung. Peter Kyung was quickly responded and without any hesitation, took on my case. I thought that the process would take forever, but he worked hard to help me as quickly as he could. In the end, I got exactly what I wanted, which was a surprise because the other party was not responding to me, and it was done efficiently. I was in a second dispute with another party that could have resulted very badly. Peter was able to help me avoid litigation there. Overall, these lawyers are great and I will be turning to them if I get myself into any more trouble.
