Brita Dawn Coaching

There was a time in one of my coaching sessions with Brita that really felt like a turning point. I was feeling overwhelmed about some input a family member had given me on a move for a new job. So many things had started going well in my life as a result of this opportunity, but the harsh words left me feeling deflated and doubtful. Brita had me write down the things that were said and then burn them. We did an exercise where I physically stepped into the strength I knew I had to make this happen in my life. Immediately my outlook changed.
What Brita brought to our coaching relationship was a deep understanding of who I am, and a desire to turn that knowledge into action. She asked probing questions, dug deeper and didn’t let me stray from the root of the issue. Her persistence in knowing my true being allowed her to tailor our points of action so well. She got me to a new place, making me feel like I got there with my own inner strength. Which in many ways I did, as she helped me uncover that strength deep inside of me.
