We had a horrible experience with ABC roofing in Oakland so we turned to Allied for help as they were recommended to us by two different people.
All of the sales person respected the fact that we wanted the flat three tab shingles to restore a mid century look and walked us through patiently to help us find the right shingles. Tommy Burlingame was very professional and even sent us some addresses with the same shingles for us to visit to make sure before we purchased.
On the day the roof was redone, Allied dropped off the shingles at our house as a value added service. Unfortunately, our gate got caught on the truck and was dragged and eventually pulled down entirely. As soon as it took place, the driver reported to the store manager and we got a call from the manager Joey King the next day apologizing and promising to fix the gate for us at no charge.
Mr. King coordinated with a great contractor of their choice. We were in the process to change the gate style, so the contractor came out and build a brand new gate for us at no charge. It allowed our dogs to continue to spend time in our yard without running away and the new gate looks great. We are very grateful for all that Allied had done for us!

I visited the store to get a quote on some roofing materials. I spoke with Roberto, and after 2 calls to him, and a third call to someone else, never received any of the requested information. I gave up and went elsewhere.
