A Better Rooter Plumbing is a small family owned company. As a Master Plumber with over fifty years of experience in the trade, Jacques has been working in the Bay Area for forty years. His experience and knowledge of plumbing allows him to accomplish any task from a simple job to a complicated one. His philosophy is geared towards his customers needs and expectations with the outcome of providing caring and excellent workmanship.
On a personal note, Jacques is a very approachable, easy-going and friendly person. Everyone always loves his very strong French accent and his trademark hat and overalls!
