I ordered a cheesesteak and wings, it’s Saint Patties Day weekend so I understand that they’re busy. I ordered delivery and the guy on the phone said 20 minutes which I thought was pretty quick anyway, but after 40 minutes passed I got a little concerned and called. The guy on the phone sounded genuinely sorry that he forgot to bring my order. When they got to my house they brought a free 2 liter of Pepsi and a cannoli. They have such awesome customer service and the delivery man apologized twice more before offering to give me everything for free. I was so impressed I had to decline and even gave a nice tip. Oh, and the food is good too!
