One of their flat bed trucks sped up and cut in front of me on 780 when it was under construction and cut down to one lane. The truck had some sort of reverse bright lights that nearly blinded me the entire length of the freeway. Off the freeway, he faked an emergency until he was far enough away to disappear into the Industrial Park.

I was a witness to one of their drivers who side swiped a red coupe on 780 in Benicia today and they did a hit and run!!! Unbelievable!!! I really hope the man who did this gets fired!!’

I’m giving tow bully one star because they act like they like that kind of rating and I might as well rate them since I’m force to deal with them so I just moved in this apartment and It comes with assigned parking so I don’t know why idiots still come and park their cars anyways I called tow bully around 10pm YESTERDAY and now it is almost 2am and I’m double parked waiting for them to come I called and the girl had said the driver was on his way which was an hour ago it’s frustrating if an apartment has you listed all around like you are the best tow company than you better do the job I HATE TOW BULLY but I am forced to deal with them if Someone is parked in my parking space they came one time and was quick and in hurry but now they act like they don’t want to make a good impression. Moral of the story don’t use tow bull

When I got to their place to get my car out, theres no way to get in, the door is gated off and locked. So this guy came out from behind this huge covered gate next to the door and asked for my pink slip, my ID, and the $ 550 cash to get my car out. There was no waiting room, no lobby, nothing. so he went behind this covered gate and locked it behind him. So I’m on the street, with nothing to show that I just handed him everything he needed to steal my car and the cash I just had to give him.
I dont know how they are in business considering the way they run things. It seemed as though they had never dealt with a customer, ever.

Yesterday, one of your trucks came peeling out of a busy shopping center without stopping for oncoming traffic! The Raley’s Shopping Center on Southampton is a residential area close to a middle school.
This same driver was also tailgating people on 780 before exiting to 680 North. Why promote your business on your trucks if the people you employ are discourteous unsafe drivers? Other reviewers seem to have had to deal with the same bad behavior. Thumbs down!

I’m only leaving 1 star for the purpose of being able to leave a review. I even say on this for a couple days to evaluate how unhappy I was with their service.
Picture this. Christmas night and your car just breaks down with no warning while taking the freeway exit to visit your mom who’s on life support.
You call your insurance for a tow and he comes back o. The line saying he can get you towed but the only service available is tow bully and I’ll be charged $ 100 above my $ 75 coverage to tow my car less than a mile. That’s right. Less thn a mile.
Had I not already pushed my car to a safe place already and not been suffering from an asthma attack due to the stress of the situation I would have pushed it that «less thn a mile» distance. But by this time I was mid breakdown.
I was told the tow truck could get to me in 45 minutes. That was after the initial wait of a half hour for my insurance to talk him into the job.
45 minutes go by and I’m waiting for a tow truck. 15 more minutes pass and I see the tow truck pass me and go up the street. I wait another 10 minutes. Maybe he’s confused where to go. So I call for an eta.
This rude chick gets on the phone. I’ve already spoken to her already and she says. He’ll be there in 10 – 15 minutes. So we’re now beyond 1.5 hours.
My insurance automatically calls to see if I’m still waiting. So they call this rude lady. Who I’m told is the boss’s wife. To get an eta and she tells them 20 – 30 more minutes.
Leaving for an arrival of after 1am
Be it, I explained to this woman my situation. Not that I expected any remorse. But a little compassion and maybe a little extra help expediting the service.
But what I got was a 2hour plus wait and a customer service experience with no moral code whatsoever.
I’m not creating this review to vent. I only think people should know this company doesn’t have its clients in its best interest.
I hope they sleep well at night knowing to effect the lives of others negatively.

These guys are the worst. They left my family (including 2 toddlers) stranded bc they «weren’t aware» that we had a family of 4 and didn’t have the means to transport us (bc they had a trainee) even though my insurance agency told them so. And then instead of being professional and still arriving to assist with a jumpstart they just cancelled my request even though I had made alternative transportation plans. My issue ended up being a faulty battery, so the issue of having too many people to tow was irrelevant! Thanks a lot for making me wait 2 hours for you and then ditching me in 30 degree weather with a dead battery! The dispatchers I spoke to wouldn’t take any responsibility and were incredibly rude. The guy I spoke to even threatened to call the police on me (just bc I complained). What a joke and what a pathetic company! BULLY is a fitting name!

I can’t believe this place has good reviews. I needed a tow for my truck so I called my insurance and they sent over tow bully’s. They sent a flat bed but said they still couldn’t row my truck. The very young employee looked confused and uninterested. He got in his phone walked around outside smoking a cigarette while I’m waiting for him to do his job. Very unprofessional. Never got my tow after all the waiting. Terrible! Would not recommend this company.

I had my truck stuck in deep mud along highway 680 next to Goodyear slough and I called TOW Bully for help. I am Active Duty Military and made the driver aware when he showed up that I really wanted to get my truck pulled out of the mud and get home to my wife and daughter on Halloween. He proceeded to tell me about how «there was no way his TOW truck with a wench could pull me out. He also told me «even if he could it would cost me $ 750.00 for 5+ hours of labor. He then told me he «wouldn’t be able to pull me out with his current truck». He recommended that I leave the truck parked in a deep field of mud in the middle of nowhere, and that his friend had a specialty truck that was currently in the shop being repaired that would be able to pull me out. He said it would cost me $ 2,000.00 to have my truck pulled out. He also started laughing at me stating it would be impossible to get the truck un stuck without there being damage caused to the vehicle. Long story short a large dodge pickup truck with a heavy wench came along and pulled me out with zero damage caused, and it took all of an hour to get my truck pulled out. The driver that represented Bully TOW yesterday was a money hound, and not very customer oriented since he was laughing and stating make no mistake about it I have seen many trucks burried in my career but this is by far the worst, along with saying that my vehicle would certainly be damaged by the process of being pulled out. A truck with a wench got me out, thank GOD I will never deal with these people again.

These guys are horrible. I came out of my home and they had me blocked in my driveway even though they had hundreds of feet they could have used and not blocked me in. I asked them to move out from my driveway so I could get to my appointment and Anthony the driver started to get rude and said he could block me in if he wanted to. Then he preceeded to make a phone call and go even slower when unloading the car at my neighbors who does mechanical work. After he finished unloading he still didn’t move his truck but kept being a jerk and insisting he can block me in and still refused to move the truck but had lifted the bed enough so I could get out although making me do a bit of off roading.

Fast Friendly Service. Truck broke down in Fairfield on a Friday around 5:00pm. Tow Truck was there about 30min later.

my car was totalled and Thomas helped me out took it off my hands when no one else would. in trade for two tows which I’m sure will come in handy at some point. he and his partner were very nice guys and were there so quick before I got in anymore trouble over the accident. YO!!! The guy that came to my house and towed my Subaru was a boss! He was professional and took very good care of my vehicle.
I had to call AAA to get my car towed and they sent Wilers Tow out to my home which was a horrible thing to do. They showed up late and then told me that they couldn’t tow my car. OKAY??? so you came to my house to tell me this instead of calling me and the worst thing was the excuse he gave me. Bay to breakers is causing too much traffic. Lol get out of here bro your whack!
Then I called Tow Bully and they were able to help me with everything that I needed. Thank you for taking care of my needs!

I called these guys this morning, and they came within the next hour. They were very courteous, and really kind. Great attitudes and great service, overall! I would definitely recommend them to anyone in the Benicia/​Vallejo area!

I had the misfortune of having my car stall on the the side of the road today. Luckily, I called Tow Bully in Benicia. I was really impressed from the 1^st initial contact with the person who answered the phone to the kind driver named Rudy. I was told he would arrive within 20 – 30 minutes but he was there within 15 minutes! Rudy did a great job and I will definitely keep their number locked on my phone. Thanks guys!!!

WOW!!! I can’t talk enough about Tow Bully. Tara, Thomas, and their whole crew– amazing people! They are pretty quick, and if anything ever came up, or they were running late– they text me their status instead of just leaving me hanging on the road. (I appreciate that)
One time, my son was under a year old, and my car had a blow-​out on the freeway. Not only did the tow-​truck come to save the day, but Tara came as well to take my baby and I home. How much more in love I could be with this business?!
All drivers pay attention to what they are doing – They connect the car up PROPERLY, and really care about their work. Extremely professional– but down to earth too.
I will never call another tow company again. I even have my job’s work vehicles using Tow Bully. Seriously people, look no further!

BEST [FIRST] EXPERIENCE WITH A TOWING COMPANY!
My car had a flat tire on the 37 heading towards Vallejo (worst place to get into a situation like this) on a Sunday night. I called three towing companies in Vallejo and they all had reasons to not be available at the moment (3 – 4 hour wait, not able to service the area).
A family friend (thanks Rich!) recommended Tow Bully, LLC and they provided amazing service from beginning to end. I called and spoke with Kari who was very helpful and understanding of my situation and provided an estimated time of arrival (~30 minutes) and a reasonable quote. The customer service alone from the dispatcher helped to reassure me that everything was going to be alright.
Thomas and Rudy came within the time promised and replaced my flat with the spare in the trunk in minutes! It was great chatting with them about their other towing experiences on the the 37 and they were friendly and professional.
Save their number in your phonebook! They should be the FIRST company you call if you’re ever in a predicament like this in the Vallejo/​Benicia area!
